I usually go online to buy tennis shoes because I was finding good deals and a lot of selection. BUT lately the online websites seemed out of stock on almost all the sizes and the prices seem to have gone way up online too. So I came into Players and was really wowed. They had a great selection of shoes at very reasonable prices, the staff was so helpful to find shoes that would work for my feet and my tennis style and they had much better availability of my size than I could find elsewhere too! Super great experience and nice to get back to trying on shoes before I buy them - so hard to find a good fit otherwise. Thanks Players!

I purchased the Player's Racquet Shop designed PlayerFormance "Dink Beast" Pro Series .007 and played in a few league matches the same evening. I had a very positive outcome. The paddle performance was phenomenal!

I’m a beginner tennis player and found other stores in the area not very interested to help me get set up with the equipment I needed. But, Josh and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly and answered allllll of my questions. They hooked me up with an awesome racquet, and a few little extra freebies. Customer for life with these guys! Highly recommend!

I had my two tennis rackets strung in this store, I used them for at the most 5 matches each and they both broke. And i am not a heavy hitter so its the string brand that they are using or the stringer is the problem here. The worse part is, this is the 2nd time this happened to me after i brought my tennis rackets in this store. For these reasons, I do not recommend this store.

I recently purchased a couple tennis rackets for my kids who are beginner players. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they tried to save me money (and showed me a stash of gently used and lower priced rackets perfect for beginners). I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply because we have not gone in yet to use their re-stringing service.

Customer service the first time I came in to buy strings and use the stringing service was excellent. Then I came back to pick up my racket. It looked overstrung so I asked the customer service rep. They said they strung it to the recommendation. So I tested it. The recommendation is 50-55lbs. The test showed 64lbs. Customer service the second go around was less than adequate. The strings are already fraying after 3 sets. Waste of my time and money.
