My dogs and I had the most top-notch, extraordinary care at FFVC for the last few years. Everyone in the clinic is phenomenal, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Philips always took the time to educate me on what she was doing, walk me through different treatment options, and genuinely cared about my dogs. One of my dogs is EXTREMELY fearful (and tough to deal with at the vet) and she never once pushed my dog to complete any procedures. I've told multiple people my dogs got better healthcare than I do! I don't go to FFVC in person anymore because I live 2 hours away, but they even helped the other day when I called and had a question. Very sad I can't visit them anymore but very happy for the pet parents who can!

My family has been coming to this vet for over two decades. I have never been treated with such disinterest and lack of care for my pet until today. I’ve always thought I could count on the this neighborhood vet, but I was wrong. This isn’t the kind and caring place it used to be. They won’t see an injured pet for over two weeks. It isn’t worth the cost of their services when they act worse than Banfield. There was absolutely no concern for my injured dog until there was a way for them to avoid seeing her.

I love Franklin Farm Veterinary! When I got my kitten in 2021, this was the only vet office I was familiar with. The staff are so kind and helpful, they are always willing to answer any questions and concerns. They also always check on my pet the following day after her visit, to make sure she's doing well. They truly care about their fury patients! The doctors are also amazing and explain thoroughly when going for a visit. They voice their concerns and always approach everything conservatively, to make sure all options are given in taking care of your pet's health. I highly recommend!

I was looking to switch vets since numerous negative experiences with VCA. I called around and Franklin Farm has been amazing. I always get someone helpful and sweet on the phone right away. Even before being an official client of theirs, they were happy to answer questions. Their prices are fair. No negative things to say about them.

I can not recommend this place enough. I've seen two different vets here and they both were amazing. They take their time making sure you're comfortable and more importantly your pet is comfortable. I never felt rushed and they answered my million questions regarding my cats. A couple of weeks after my appointments, the vet always calls for a check up. Their email correspondence is excellent - I find it very reassuring that I can email them regarding an issue with my pet and a vet usually responds to me within 24 hours. I can't imagine taking my cats anywhere else and I don't consider them to be expensive either.

This vet is absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly caring and informative. My dog had a minor medical emergency and they were able to talk me through it and provide care until we could get in for surgery (as it was a weekend). His surgery went perfectly and his wound healing looks amazing. Truly impressed with the entire staff and Dr Phillips. Would recommend to anyone!

This vet has been amazing! My dog is quite scared of the vet and Franklin Farm staff have been great in trying to not push her during visits. They also encourage happy visits which get the dog comfortable with the vet. They have Lao helped me in managing several problem that have arise suddenly.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I tell everyone I work with about them. The vet techs, front desk and Dr. Eng are always so kind and caring. They answer every question that I have and are so patient with my squirmy, curious kittens. Dr. Eng is so knowledgeable and explains everything we talk about during the appointment and makes sure that I understand everything we talked about. The exam rooms itself are always clean and I love that they have toys or things to make my kittens feel more comfortable. Truly the best. I love the extra effort they put in to make our experience good, every single time!!

Entire staff was incredibly kind and understanding of my dog's needs. The amount of patience and friendliness the staff had with my dog to make him feel comfortable was amazing. Compassion and sympathy are something I look for in healthcare professionals, and Franklin Farms really seem to have these two values in them. I feel very lucky to have found this clinic, and my girlfriend plans on switching over to Franklin Farms after seeing the wonderful experience I just had!
