Oil change service was expensive - much more so than the mechanics I go to more often in the Fairfax area. Also felt like the guy who was ringing us up was treating me like I didn't know anything about cars and was trying to take advantage of that by charging me for more services. Maybe he wasn't, but if not, then I don't know why he was trying to upsell me on things I said I specifically didn't want. They said their service included a vacuum of the interior, but nothing appeared to have been cleaned inside. I don't really mind, that part wasn't a big deal, but still worth mentioning. Edit - several months later. Oil changes are still pricey but I guess that's the cost of getting it done immediately. Still don't see any evidence that they actually vacuum.

My first time with Jiffy Lube. Just an oil change. The guys were very courteous. The line moved quickly, even though they had time to vacuum the car floor. They did try to sell me engine filter (which I can replace myself) and brake fluid (they said it was low and dirty but really it wasn't). When I said no, they backed off immediately. So I appreciate that. Next time I'll try to remember to tell them I'm not interested in anything else, so they don't have to needlessly open the filter box and waste their time. Service: Oil change

A bit of a wait but that was expected when I arrived about 11:30. Oil change was very quick once they got to me. Always polite and professional.

In a bit of a pickle, I needed a place to get my oil changed prior to a long road trip. I did a quick search and the Jiffy lube on Elden came in clutch as no appointment was required for said service! I was in and out in a “jiffy” as some would say: 18 minutes total for an oil change, under the hood check, tire check, and complimentary vacuum and exterior window clean. They verbally communicated the cost of things from the moment I got there to the moment I left requiring my consent before moving forward with additional services like changing my air filters which they showed me were looking very rough. Definitely check the company’s main website as occasionally a coupon will be available to lower the cost of your service! All of the gentleman made this experience very welcoming for a first time Jiffy Lube user and I advise everyone to bring their car in to this place! My daughter was out of town visiting friends when puddles of oil started flowing out of her car and even shutting off while driving after just having the oil changed here at home. The guys at the Herndon, VA location took great care of her and her vehicle. Even with being very busy they took her in and quickly resolved the problem and had her on her way. They could have taken advantage of young girl and problemed vehicle with saying this or that was wrong (when not) with the vehicle and charging a crazy amount. They did not, they showed her respect, professionalism and helped her out so far away from home. Thank you so much for the care and concern you should my daughter.

I have used this Jiffy Lube facility for more than 6 years and they have performed all the maintenance on my vehicle from its purchase brand new through yesterday's 100,000 mile service. I highly recommend this place for excellent customer service, and quick turnaround. This Jiffy Lube has consistently taken care my over 200K mile car --- keeping oil topped up and tires pressure free of charge in between oil changes. Just ask for Moises Villacorta!
