The facility has a lot of moving and storage accessories available along with trucks and trailers. The staff at this location is great. The return process was a breeze. Enough drop off space available during peak times. Parking is right in front of store. In recent times, there is increased demands for U-Haul so make sure you book ahead of time and call the customer service representative of the area 3-4 days ahead of time to confirm the booking. You will have more success in getting equipment if it’s not a weekend so try to get hands on one a day earlier on Friday. Auto transport shortage is all around the country so might even have to travel couple of hours to get hands on one.

Might want to use a near by location if you in need of a truck in this area. We rent from different uhauls all over nova and this is by far the toughest one to get equipment from. I made a reservation months in advance and was contacted by one of there employees 2 days before the reservation to confirm the reservation. When we arrived we were told that they did not have a truck for us and Matt the owner/manager while hitting his vape pen from behind the counter offered no apology or resolution. Not even a phone call to give us a warning prior to our arrival. Matt said that they were short staffed and he couldn't make the phone call because they were so swamped all morning even though there was nobody in the store when we arrived. We always have a good experience with renting from local uhaul but I would stay away from this if you can.

Horrible. Scheduled for pick up and my drop off time was changed. Wasn't getting any help by staff or supervisor for a resolution after Scheduling in advance. Useless and Horrible customer service , better off renting else where.

Very please with the service and attention to ensuring a great towing experience. Matt came out and looked over the entire trailer. Made sure all was working as it's supposed to and checked wiring and connected lights. Then was willing to ask any question. Very please with these folks. Check them out.

The service was amazing for a trailer hitch receiver install. Mat was very quick and I got my car back within a hour. I didn’t have to wait all day like the u haul site said when placing the installation appointment. Unfortunately my idea to tow my Motorcycle with my Prius did not work out the way I thought it would for my 800 mile trip and decided it would be best to return the hitch receiver. I felt it was honest to pay for labor on this chilly 38 degree windy Friday morning at 7am. and Mat was kind, courteous, and understanding. I recovered half my costs for my mistake which was only fair in my opinion. I have had hitch receivers installed by U-haul in the past and by far the best experience I have here at this location.

The customer service at this particular branch is not the best. Don’t expect it if you want that experience go to west gate drive! Their they will go above and beyond in customer service and rates. Here they are stuffy and often times act as if they don’t really want to handle anything pertaining to your rental and for you to use the app which most times works but other times is very frustrating. This place is also pricey and they use terms like when will you return “my” truck? On the positive side the trucks are newer. I’ve rented here five or six times and I have had different experiences each time. It’s really hit or miss there. If I didn’t live up the street from it I would go somewhere else to be honest. As a customer we want to know that the staff cares about our experience as well as their “product” and they need to be more hands on to ensure that like other branches.
