This place was wonderful! I didn't have to wait for them, the prices are very reasonable, and the nail techs are very kind. I got a mani pedi with gel on my finger nails, and they came out looking beautiful! The pedicure massage chairs feel amazing and it was all very professional I love this place so much.

What a total joke. Had probably one of the worst experiences with these people. My nails look like trash. Different lengths, shapes and all around look unacceptable ! Tried to get them fixed and was told that they are booked out and basically didn’t want to fix their mess they did to my nails. How unprofessional. Paid 45$ for garbage. Looks like a 4 year old did my nails. I’m beside myself that they basically said they wouldn’t fix them. Waste of my time and money. I will never go back and I will be telling everyone about them ! I own a small business and I’d never treat my clients this way . Service: Acrylic nails

Pedicure was nothing to get excited about, esp for being being $43. Minimal massage. They do not use liners in the pedicure bathtub, I'm sure that's fine but I don't know the cleaning practices. There are much nicer places in the area. Service: Pedicure

Just walked into this business and asked if they had time to do 3 manicures. The woman was pleasant and said yes we have time in about 45mins. Perfect! So my friends and I did some shopping and came back maybe 5 mins till our time and she said hello and asked for us to go pick out a color.. While we were choosing our colors we noticed she was talking about us to a client and about how she really didn’t want to do our nails. I turned to my friends and said we are leaving obviously they do not want our business. My advice to other woman wanting to stop by and possibly get service drive by… because they will probably say they have time, but then just talk about you to their clients. Not a good business.

I got a new set of nails done at Royal Nails. Within 2 days several of them had broken and lifted. I went back in on Friday to have them fixed. They "didn't have time" and scheduled me to come in the following Monday. I went back again and was told once more they didn't have time to fix their shoddy work. I ended up going elsewhere who did a FANTASTIC JOB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Royal Nail nor will I return. Service: Manicure

First I want to say I would give Kelli 10 stars, but ONLY her!! She does an amazing job and is a very nice person! However, I have inly been lucky enough to get her once! I am rating the whole salon based on other experiences, I have been there a few times, the other girls do an ok job, but the owner is in a hurry does a mediocre job and is a rude jerk! I am not sure how he treats employees but not so good with customers! I won't be returning. Service: Pedicure

My fiancé and I called on a Saturday to do spur of the moment manicures and pedicures and they got us right in even though it was a very busy day for them. Leslie did a great job on my pedicure and our manicures! I thought the prices were very reasonable as well. It was a great experience for us both. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

The salon is clean and the staff is nice. However, I paid a lot for a pedicure and a manicure at this salon. The pedicure was at best a foot wash and scrub. There was no attention to cuticles. The same for the manicure. The cuticles were not manicured at all and that is why the gel peeled up so soon. The photo is 8 days out. They began to bubble after 5 days. (I was on vacation and did not do any dishwashing and cleaning during that time). I feel that I wasted $70. I could have done a better job myself! I am very dissatisfied.

Went in for a pedicure and ended up getting both a manicure and pedicure. After my toes and hands were completed i got sat at the drying area, soon to realize my nails were mediocre. I have tons of old skin still around my nail beds that didnt get removed, the clear top coat was not even covering all of the nail polish and not to mention all the excess nail polish left all over my skin (I had to go home and remove all the excess polish myself) This photo is one day after getting my nails done. . . My toes turned out good. The nail polishes turned out well however, I still have rough skin all over my heels. Honestly, as if I only got nail polish thrown on both of my hands and feet super quick does not seem like I paid for a pedicure and or a manicure. Very disappointed first time getting my nails done in over a year but could have done a better job at my house.
