I was a regular customer to this place for mani, pedi and waxing. They are not good with their service. Particularly employee named Jenee is extremely rude, yelled at me when I was showing my nails to my 4 year old son sitting next to me. She cut my nail skin several times while removing the old extensions/nail paint, skin was bleeding and she did not apologize at all. She ruined the shape of my nails as well. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to any friend. Service: Nail extensions

Our DIL referred us to go see Jenny and Helen....we were so impressed!!! It takes a lot to impress my husband, but he wanted to stay and get a mincure, too! We will definitely be back......thank you so much for doing such a professional job! Service: Pedicure

I was told about this place by a client at my work who was raving about it. I went in with my sister to get a pedicure. We'd heard about their amazing Jelly Deluxe pedicure where they put your feet in a luxurious scented jelly of your choice and do a nice massage. We ended up getting the basic pedicure instead which did include hot stones and was very nice. Hoping to try to jelly pedicure sometime in the future for a special occasion as our only complaint was it was a bit pricey for us this time. The ladies were so nice and they got us set up in the massage chair and foot bath while we chose our colors and that was really nice. At most places I go to, I've had to wait and choose color before getting in the foot bath so that was really nice. One of our nail techs even chimed in about the best bubble tea places close by to go to as we were looking for one afterwards and she made a perfect recommendation! Will definitely come back for some more pampering and get the more expensive option next time.

First time Sunday. Me and my son wanted manicure pedicure. We chose deluxe spa pedicure. Very rushed even though it was empty. No callous removal was done. No mani pedi package price. They charged $142.00 for two mani pedi. What a rip off! The service was terrible. The price was ridiculous. We will never go back here! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

The place is very busy (I went on a Saturday) so have an appointment. The ladies here are efficient and courteous. Will definitely go back again.

Love owners Nancy and Jenny. It’s not fancy and that doesn’t matter to me. What does matter is that they take pride and their customer service is top notch!!! I get my shellac pedicure every couple months and if I can’t afford to tip at least 10.00 I will postpone. They are hard workers and deserve it!!!!! Services: Pedicure, Waxing

Not super happy. I made an appointment and when I got there they didn't have time for me. They charged me full price for my kid. Last time, I brought my file & buffer and they told me they couldn't use it because of Covid. This time they told me I should have brought it? Either way I was charged both times for the files. Oh and Last time I wanted all sparkly nails and the lady said she wanted me to do regular color with sparkly accents. Of course, so she could charge me for it!

I absolutely love it here! It's small and not noisy at all. The girls are all amazing. They genuinely care about taking care of your nails. They want us to feel confident and they don't make it awkward if you need to fix something. They're honest with you, they don't rush you and they're sweet. Plus the hand massage after getting your nails done. AMAZING!!!! highly recommend.

I always have a great experience here. They do have a basic $25 pedi, but the $35 pedi includes the whole package and is totally worth it (a nice leg massage, hot stones, wax soak, sugar scrub, hot towel) even the BF enjoys them. However the massage chairs are a little outdated. Also I have been coming here occasionally over the last 8 years or so to get acrylics and I always leave satisfied. Today I got what they call the pink&white set and it looks gorgeous!!
