The pharmacy staff has great customer service skills. Very respectful and answers the phone after a reasonable amount of rings (less than 5 mintues of being on hold). Tiffany is patient and very helpful.

Store Manager Tiffany was very helpful over the phone to see if they carried glucose blood sugar monitors. They did and had a variety of them. I got one there. Thank You Tiffany!

Instead of getting passport photos online by submitting your own photos from phone, online companies would change your backgrounds to white, mail your passport photos in 2-3 days for $6, we decided to stop by this local Walgreens on 164th, for convenience and support local businesses. We approached the photo counter, called for attention to this woman who was touching and photoshopping a young female photo. This stereotype-looking woman, late 40-50ish, reluctant to help us. Instead of taking our photos just like anywhere else, she told us to wait ten minutes, she was working with a passport photo. We asked her why not taking our photos first, then work on them in the order. She claimed the customer was in the store and refused, continued photoshopping a photo, looks like her family member. Who the heck touch up or photoshopping a passport photo? She was not cropping, I know Photoshop and editing myself. Why would we support this kind of business, obviously they don't need our businesses. My wife and I left their store, drove to Walmart a mile away on 192nd, the person behind the counter grabbed her camera, clicked clicked, we were out in five to seven minutes with two photos each, instead of probably wait half an hour or more at that Walgreens By hiring these stereotype, racist & lazy ignorant, these store owners will pay big time - big loss!

Hours listed are not correct. I put in an order for at home covid tests and drive specifically to this store across town (20 min one way) because it’s listed as open 24 hours on Mondays. It is closed and opens at 8 am. Walgreens always sucks but this was a major error that impacts my entire work day. Update your hours and correspondence for online orders please. I never write reviews but I had some time to kill while I wait for you to open.

I asked to return an item my doctor said that I didn’t need. The staff rudely huffed and said “well WHY would the doctor say that?” Excuse me but I am not a physician and even if I were, my health condition is none of your business. I did not appreciate her rudeness. She flat out said no, we can’t return that. The pharmacist talked to me and was able to refund one of the items due to the item being given to me incorrectly. However, please always be careful with what you say.

Very unprofessional staff at the pharmacy. Pharmacy reps complain out loud about having to work, and were extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't bother scheduling an appointment for anything; it could take up to half an hour past whatever time you schedule for them to actually acknowledge you in any way. The man who administered the vaccine was actually quite kind and helpful, but the ones at the register are abysmal. Other reviews seem to show they need to make some changes here...one would hope, at least. They've already lost business from me, thanks to their awful customer service.

Worse pharmacy ever. After waiting 6 hours for my prescription to be filled they only looked into the issue after I complained. At which point she explained that they delay was to contact my insure so they could charge me the insured rates which were higher. Or I could buy the exact same medication over the counter for the less. She didn't seem to understand why I wasn't thrilled to hear that my order was delayed because they were trying to charge me more money.

Staff at this pharmacy are rude and unfriendly. It used to be a great place, but not now. Different staff. I made my mind up today to start using a different pharmacy.

I've been coming to this store for years but for the first time today, I was treated like a total non-entity. I waited about a minute at the check out while a young man by the name Beau was talking to another customer. He saw me waiting and came over and did not say a word to me, not 'thanks for waiting', not 'hello' - nothing. In fact I don't think he even looked at me once. He just rang up the sale and stood there. I had to ask how much it came to and he finally answered with a spoken word. I paid him and walked out - again, not a word - not even a 'thank you'. Beau must really hate his job.

I get my monthly medicine from this location. Each and every time I roll in the help is, at best, apathetic. No one seems to like their jobs, not a warm greeting or smile in the place. Just a few hours ago I went through drive through, no one was manning station, so I hit the call button. Lady who was complete - See You Next Tuesday - scolded me and told me not to hit the call button, because they have a ringer that tells them I’m in line. Well, sorry Cindy, but you ain’t there, so I’m gonna hit the call button. And guess what? Next time I’m there, I’m gonna hit it again. So if you want to see what it’s like to be serviced by disenfranchised employees who seem to really regret the career choices that placed them at a Walgreens, this is your place. Maybe bring the kids down and show them how a defeated adult will look if they don’t have drive or do their homework. And when there, be sure to hit the call button, they’ll thank you for it!
