There are a few gals here that are awesome so I hate leaving the bad review, but Tina was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were short of stock on my prescription and shorted me, told me they would give me the remainder when I returned with a refill. Over a week later and they are still out of stock meaning no one bothered to order more (they are able to get more stock within 1 day). Had to go to a different pharmacy as my wife needs the medication to function and have now paid my copay twice for the same quantity as the original script. Called and spoke with Tina who was very unhelpful and actually hung up on me. I've worked in customer service and I understand it's a tough field but this lady had an attitude from the start and has made sure I will not return.

Called and was told prescriptions for sick relative would be ready in 45min. Show up in 1.5 hour knowing they are always slow. Of course, not ready. It is not my wasted time I worry about. It is the exposure to all of the sick folks in line for prescriptions who I now have to stand with. Every other customer brings a bunch of kids. They are the disease spreaders and most are not vaxed for Covid. So, my complaint is, tell me when I can get a prescription don't make me stand with a bunch of sick people for 30 min. Now will I make my sick family member infected with covid or worse? She is ill with a non infectious disease, but highly at risk. Tell me honestly when my prescription will be ready and I'll show up. Jerk me around, make me stand near unvaxed kids and sick folks and I write a bad review.

Went in today to see about getting my covid booster shot and my flu shot. Within 5 minutes of filling out the paperwork I was getting my shots. Both staff I had interactions with were fantastic and the waiting room and the area where I got my shots was very nice and upscale. I'm thinking of transferring my prescriptions to this pharmacy.

I don't know why they have 2.6 stars obviously it's because people can't be patient. But I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions. But staff is beyond friendly and the Pharmacist is really nice and they do work really hard get your prescription filled fast. Especially during COVID they have been amazing during the pandemic. I have used Salmon Creek and Hazel Dell Safeway Pharmacy and the staff at those locations tend to have an attitude and not always the friendliest, but here anytime I call or go in it's always amazing friendly service and very professional.

I don’t know what happened at this location. They used to be good. It’s horrible now. Incompetence central. Why does it take 4 days to fill a prescription when called in by your dr. ?They even do that with pain medication after surgery too. It’s a disappointing experience every time I go there. Poor customer service and management doesn’t care or the issue would be fixed.

THIS PLACE BATTLES MONSTERS AND WINS. Take an embarrassing rash (example), combine coverage issues and no time to wait - MONSTER, easy made, from what once was a person. I bet there's samples from nearly every self-centered behavior humanity has to offer, getting played out monthly, in line at the pharmacy. Here at Safeway Pharmacy on Mill Plain at Andresen I have never once felt less than a person and my patience has never, ever been more recognized. My prescription can be a major PITA for everyone involved, from the far sourced rare earth minerals to the package hopefully placed in my hand. Since prescribed, these last 11 years have included moves between states, various health plans, different doses, brands, or release types, and of course pharmacies. Professionalism can easliy go unnoticed, or remain undeveloped, until faced with adversity. During the few mishaps which have ocurred in the 2+ years I've been a customer here, these folks have consistently reminded me of just what professionalism is and please pardon any friends in line with me who have yet to learn it's value. Demonstrating accountability, responding with empathy, detailing actionables with concern and urgency, even having a sense of humor available when discerned approriate or if subtly called upon, describes over-the-top customer service in any environment these days, and that's just what I get here at this Safeway Pharmacy. The people behind that counter give me hope for the rest of us -something we all need these days and which, like more stars than five to rate with maybe, can't be bought.

Staff here are the rudest, most unprofessional, and useless in the entire industry. Its this Safeway in particular, too. Literally every single time I’ve ever come in, some one has messed up my order, lost my prescriptions, or double billed my insurance. This isn’t a matter of lines, or bad customer service, or what have you. This is a matter of consistently having my health put into the hands of people who obviously don’t care. These pharmacists are crooks who will mess with your medication and won’t take any responsibility or put forth any effort to fix the problem. The whole staff needs to be flipped over with people who are well trained and care about the safety of other people. Right now, if you use this pharmacy to fill out medications, you are putting yourself and your family at risk.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, I never get called back saying prescriptions are ready, etc. They always seem irritated no matter the question. I just transferred here a couple months ago and I can’t wait to get a different one. DO NOT GO HERE

This is one busy pharmacy and in the two years I have been going to them I have had to have patience on a few occasions. Yet they are always friendly. The pharmacist is amazing and the techs are always helping someone. This is one of the locations that helps with discount programs for the local clinics, which many pharmacies do not, so that means their volume is very high and I know it is hard for people to see all they truly do for them when they have to wait in line or be patient. All in all I appreciate all they do for their customers because they care for them and always do their best.

I love the Safeway store as a grocery store however the pharmacy is much less than adequate. I just experienced my attempt to drop off a prescription. The pharmacy is clearly marked on prescription drop off and pickup windows. I went to the prescription drop off window, to find a sign in the middle of the window in big letters that the window is closed, (I thought). So I went to the pickup window and waited in line. My turn was ready so I gave the lady my prescription. She would not even look at it and said I had to go to the other window. I mentioned the window had a closed sign and she said that was for Thanks Giving day??? A window that is about 12 steps away ( and by the way nobody there) and wanted me do go wait in line? at an empty window? This pharmacy is dead to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
