Great pharmacy and staff - have gotten our vaccines there for the past few years. Lately the website does not match the pharmacy! The website scheduled the whole family for vaccines at 7pm - but when we arrived (with the whole family!!!) there they said they don't give vaccines that late and the kids are not allowed for certain vaccines. The website clearly said it was ok as did the CDC. Get it together!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The employees have outright lied to me on multiple occasions. Be prepared to be greeted by nothing but eye rolls and deep sighs. For the love of God do not make this your pharmacy.

I have always received excellent service from this Safeway Pharmacy. Very patient with my questions, informative, and just overall helpful. Transferred all of my Prescriptions from another Safeway Pharmacy because I liked this one so much more.

Rude pharmacist. Yelling across the room at me. Refused to come closer so I wouldn’t have to announce my business to everyone in the whole store. Rolled her eyes and sighed at me like she was a snotty teenager. Annoyed that I was trying to get a medication for a reasonable price. Refused to help me. Will never go to this pharmacy or shop in this store again.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever seen. Staff is always rude, roll their eyes when they see you arriving, make snarky remarks, long waits and ultimately don't know what they are talking about. Every 2 or 3 times I go there there is someone yelling at them.

I've been calling for 3 days. No answer or call back. I need my inhaler. Guess I have to go to the hospital. Shocked by the lack of sevice.

Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest you can rate a place. Employees seem overworked and like they don't care. I have been calling for 3 days and they don't answer their phones. Just ridiculous.

This pharmacy used to be really good, but they have let go several of the people that made it good. Now the pharmacist in charge is rude, disrespectful and has no customer service skills. Plus, they never answer their phone even when other pharmacist or doctors are calling them to make correction or fix their mess up. They will also charge your insurance for a medication that they can't fill just to keep the ability to be paid for that medication. Done with this Safeway Pharmacy (Salmon Creek, Vancouver, WA)!

Terrible service! "forgot to order my prescription from their wholesale" is what I was told. Also put me on hold for 20 minutes and then when they picked up they hung up on me. Then the Pharmacist asked why I'm in need of a certain drug in front of other people in line at the store. Which she does not need to know why I need the drug, just simply fill what the doctor prescribes the patient. It's not the pharmacies job to ask for my medical reasons. I felt like this was a hipaa violation. I highly recommend anyone to see a different pharmacy. Worst pharmacy in Vancouver.
