Got a call from the pharmacist Tahir this morning who refused to fill a prescription that I've had for 20 years for my mental health. I picked up my medication last month with no problem and now he says that he cannot do it because it is from an out of area provider in Seattle, and it is not because of Wal-Mart policy that he won't do so, it is based on his own "professional opinion." Mom is a lawyer and has agreed to litigate, if anybody has had any mistreatment from this man, reach out to me and we can make this class-action. To clarify, this is not a lawsuit against Wal-Mart, but a personal suit against Tahir. Lawyer will be pro-bono. Find me on Facebook.

The workers are always pleasant and helpful. They are usually pretty quick to get you your medications as well. I have never had a bad experience here.

I will never use Walmart pharmacy again. They were trying to call another pharmacy that I normally use to verify information they could not figure out. From what they told me they needed to call my insurance company to verify said information. I'm not an expert on insurance or how pharmacies bill, however in all of the experiences I've had with other pharmacies, I have never had this experience. I am absolutely astounded they have been so absolutely terrible at getting basic information to bill an insurance company. It is a daily occurrence to have somebody with new to Walmart come in with insurance. If this is how they handle every single new individual who comes to their pharmacy, I don't know how they're still in business. Waited for over an hour after they said the prescription was ready, but they couldn't figure out the insurance.

Pharmacist who was male, dark complexion and dark hair with bunched lower teeth was very rude and unhelpful. Walmart staff was great. Do not recommend the pharmacy.

Every single time I go they always say I need to call my doctor and wait 24 hrs because I need a refill....they are really unfriendly and they need to get new staff because it seems like almost everyone that goes there always have issues! They are really rude

The pharmacist there flat out lied to me twice. He said I haven't had insurance since 2018 (lie #1) my card was issued on June of 2019. He said he even called my insurance company to be sure. They're closed today (lie #2). Went directly down the road to the CVS pharmacy in Target and they were able to tell me the true issue was that my insurance simply did not cover that specific antibiotic. Planning on filling a formal complaint with his manager... my grandmother Karen would be so proud.

My daughter was prescribed a course of antibiotics over 10 days. There was only enough in the bottle for 6 days. I had to call my doctor's office to get more. When she called the pharmacy she asked them why they didn't do the math right and put enough in the bottle. She said they didn't really answer her question, they just said they would get the next bittle ready. So my husband went to pick up the next bottle and noticed that her dosage amount and duration of days changed. He asked why and the guy said he wasn't sure and that that was probably what they wanted her to take now, and than he walked away. They seem to be very incompetent. I do not trust them mixing my family's medicine and I will be changing pharmacies immediately!

I've never had a good experience here. I put in a refill order online with a pickup time of 6pm (Put the order in at 12pm). Got there and had to wait until 7:20pm for the prescription... What would take over 7hrs!? Also, calling them you are on hold between 10-25 minutes... they are entirely too short staffed. This location is awful.

Fortunately, my experience here has not been as bad as that of the other reviewers. I am usually able to get most of my prescriptions filled within the same day, and sometimes within an hour or two. I am not proud that I use WalMart, but the price is right for someone on disability.
