There are a few gals here that are awesome so I hate leaving the bad review, but Tina was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were short of stock on my prescription and shorted me, told me they would give me the remainder when I returned with a refill. Over a week later and they are still out of stock meaning no one bothered to order more (they are able to get more stock within 1 day). Had to go to a different pharmacy as my wife needs the medication to function and have now paid my copay twice for the same quantity as the original script. Called and spoke with Tina who was very unhelpful and actually hung up on me. I've worked in customer service and I understand it's a tough field but this lady had an attitude from the start and has made sure I will not return. ~Zach

Great pharmacy and staff - have gotten our vaccines there for the past few years. Lately the website does not match the pharmacy! The website scheduled the whole family for vaccines at 7pm - but when we arrived (with the whole family!!!) there they said they don't give vaccines that late and the kids are not allowed for certain vaccines. The website clearly said it was ok as did the CDC. Get it together!!! ~Richard

Fred Meyer Pharmacy

They have always gone above and beyond for me. As they did tonight. They stay open later than other and will not lock you out early or shut the doors if they know you're coming. I was a wreck after a day in the hospital. I must of looked insane. Not joking. I slid in at 8:59 pm 1 min before closing, Kelp them after.. And was geeted just as nicely as if I had just non dramatically walked in, breathing and looking normal. This pharmacy is great?! ~Britt
