You have to be rich to shop here and the employees aren't very helpful and they watch you as if they're expecting you to shoplift.

This Express location is fantastic. Not only do they have a great selection (bigger and better than Tigard), but the service really blew me away. Elsa, the store manager, was super kind and beyond helpful -- on the phone when I called to ask if they had a certain thing and when I was in store shopping and asking for different sizes and colors. My partner went in to shop without me the next day and she was super nice and helpful to him, and even remembered me once they started talking. All the other employees were super friendly and accommodating as well; great customer service is a sign of good management. I live a little closer to the Tigard location but the experience here is *absolutely* worth the few minutes of extra driving time AND the 6.5% sales tax.

I stumbled across express while looking for a cute outfit for a Oregon Symphony performance. Wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. A nice lady ended up helping me and finding me a great outfit. Super clean store and friendly staff. I think this is my new favorite shop.

I really like Express Men's suits and dress shirts, but it would be nice if this location would keep their hours current on their Google profile. Something came up where I needed a new shirt for tomorrow, so I left right after work and drove 50 miles to get there because when you Google "Express Vancouver Mall" it says they close at 8pm during the week (same time as the rest of the mall), but when I got there at 7:30pm, they were all locked up and closed. Thinking they had closed early I called them to see if anyone was still there, and when no one answered, I chose the hear the store hours option on the phone menu, and what do you know, it says they close at 7pm on Mon-Thurs. I just have no patience for this type of thing, I run a retail business and totally understand the need to trim some operating hours that aren't productive, but keeping your posted hours updated takes literally almost zero time and effort. That's great that they updated the phone message, but it's the 2020s, most people are going to look for your hours online. Please fix it.

Awful costumer service. I walked into express and a blonde lady I believe the manger was raising her voice to me over returning something I purchased. She had completely no patience with my questions I was asking what so ever, in fact a older lady behind me said “that’s how she always is” the manger of that store is completely unprofessional and really doesn’t know how to do her job at all. makes me never want to shop there ever quite honestly. I would recommend to not shop at that express in Vancouver.

There seems to be some nice clothes here, sort of pricey but we will see if they hold together. The staff was nice, but not very attentive compared to my other experiences in the mall that day.

I love the styles but the fabrics are not great quality for the prices. The atmosphere wasn't great when I was in here last, no one greeted me and the associates looked like they didn't want to be there.

Although this place is a little spendy they have great clothes that you know will last, as well as coupons that have great deals. They have both a men's and women's apparel, but so far I have never seen a children's shelf.

I went they quoted me $50 to hem the top of my daughters dress, I was okay with that then 30 to hem the bottom. I thought it was pricey but still left it. We had to go in 3 different times to get fitted. She was busy told us to come back. So when we went back that's when she said it was going to be $50 dollars more! I was very upset I let her know she quoted us $80 she said NO! She said I can look around I am not going to find another alteration place that's affordable like she is. UNFORTUNATELY we didn't have time to take it somewhere else. Two days away from the event. Try planning your alterations with time I learned the hard way!
