Update: the last couple visits it looks like a ghost town. Inventory levels are low. Ross is Ross. On a good day you find some great products at fantastic prices... On other days out can be a lot of junk that didn't sell somewhere else. Fortunately, the have a wide product selection, so if you strike out in one area, there's a good chance you'll doing something in another part of the store.

Long line and wasnt worth it so i put everything back and left. No employees were on the floor to help only cashiers were there

Rudest customer service and manager I have ever met and delt with in my entire life, unprofessional, lazy, and plain rude. I'd go to literally any Ross before this one the rest are pretty great, this one just hires terrible people I guess.

While shopping at what was my favorite store today. I came across a very rude and nasty employee. The cashier would not acknowledge that there were people standing in the return line. 6 people were called ahead of us. I stated that I guess they are not accepting returns today. This "customer service"rep turned to me and began cussing me out infront of a very full line of people. Telling me I have a horrible attitude and that "MY customer service skills suck". I'm NOT the customer service representative. I WAS THE CUSTOMER. I'll find a new place to shop. I have NEVER been treated so horribly infront of a store FULL of people. Great job line 1 @ 3:30 5/18/2022. Way to be extremely unprofessional.

Look I understand that there are a ton of retail thieves rn. Every time I go shopping I witness someone walk out with a huge hamper or basket full of unpaid items.. They don't even flinch when staff try and stop them. And Ross has been no exception. However, this Ross in My Neighborhood, one that I help stay in in business with my decision to shop there during these challenging times, has become more and more unwelcoming and uncomfortable. While shopping just thus weekend after a gal walked out stealing a basket of clothes and Ross nick nacks- the store manager a younger long haired fellow became so rude. Told me it wasn't his problem when I explained I needed to grab my wallet I forgot in my car and asked if they could watch my items I had spent almost two hours picking out. When I returned less that 5 min later he had already set everything to be put back. That was over 300 in items that the store lost when you would think they would be thankful for paying customers.

Natalie, one of the sales associates helped me decide what clothes looked best on me. Her help was much appreciated since I didn’t go with any of my friends to get their opinions. It was last minute shopping before Valentine’s Day. I wanted to look good on my date. Thank you Natalie!
