No twin snakes😔! Not enough checkers! No lighters in the entire store and the woman that checked us out (after waiting 20 min in line) seemed bothered by our mere presence? Same with the guy that had keys to the liquor and same to the woman that I asked if they had any Twin Snakes Everybody that we came into contact with that was working seemed bothered and it made me feel sad! a little bit sad?! oops I forgot we did speak to a produce man that was nice and told us about his dog and offered me a tomato when I asked him for one and that one was rotten until I asked for a different one and that one was not rotten he did not seem bothered by our mere presence I guess it wasn't everybody the produce guy was nice but he didn't seem to know much about produce but that's okay live and learn I suppose.! ~Ann

Look I understand that there are a ton of retail thieves rn. Every time I go shopping I witness someone walk out with a huge hamper or basket full of unpaid items.. They don't even flinch when staff try and stop them. And Ross has been no exception. However, this Ross in My Neighborhood, one that I help stay in in business with my decision to shop there during these challenging times, has become more and more unwelcoming and uncomfortable. While shopping just thus weekend after a gal walked out stealing a basket of clothes and Ross nick nacks- the store manager a younger long haired fellow became so rude. Told me it wasn't his problem when I explained I needed to grab my wallet I forgot in my car and asked if they could watch my items I had spent almost two hours picking out. When I returned less that 5 min later he had already set everything to be put back. That was over 300 in items that the store lost when you would think they would be thankful for paying customers. ~Britt

The Associate was nice and store was clean. These 2' x 5' runners are budget friendly and work great in my kitchen! I use 2-sided tape to stay in place. Various colors and not flimsy. Thanks BB&B! ~Portland
