We arrived at this location at 7:15 I had accidentally looked up the hours for bath and body works confusing the close time. Upon arrival Eric was bringing in the carts and told me they where closed I told him I was picking up and online order that happened to be my daughter Birthday gift for her Birthday tomorrow and asked if he could grab it and bring it outside to me. Eric agreed and quickly ran inside and brought out the two items I had ordered. This is amazing customer service especially since I live in Washougal and with gas prices having to come out tomorrow would have been a spendthrift trip just to pick up a few items in Vancouver. We will continue to be customers and refer friends and family to this company. Thanks for going above and beyond to make my child’s 11th Birthday morning a good one!

Went in there to buy a lotion applicator so I can rub lotion on my back and my left arm and the gal said if I don't like it I can take it back and get my money for it I'm hoping it'll work cuz I could really benefit from this it was only 12 bucks

The level of customer service here is amazing. I wish I remembered the two employees' names - one was a manager, the other a cashier (who told us her daughter works there too, cool!) - and they really went above and beyond to help out with a return. Completely unexpected and 100% appreciated!

Its great they accept coupons from 12 years ago. Even though they have expiration dates, they don't actually expire.

Very friendly and clean, we had two separate employees ask if we needed help which was nice. We didn't find what we were looking for and the shelves were a little on the bare side, but over all a good experience. Cashier was very friendly.

I've only had horrible experiences at this location. Most recently I went and found some decent bar stools on clearance. I sent a couple photos to my husband and when I didn't hear anything back I left. . The next day I went back with my husband to show him in person, and the clearance prices had been covered up and the "standard price" was over 3X as much!!!! How upsetting to see something that was 70% off the day before, be at full price the next day. I asked an employee if there was a sale that had ended and she said no, it was an employee mistake that was caught and fixed today. I asked if they would honor the price from the night before and showed her the photos I had taken and she said there was no way. I asked to speak to a manager and she dismissed us just as easily. "I can't honor that price. It was an employee mistake that should've never happened in the first place". Well it did and had I bought them the day before there would've been no issues because they were clearly labeled. She didn't even offer us any kind of discount to salvage the situation.
