I have ordered a handful of things at different times lately. And the orders were canceled because items were out of stock. But I was not just refunded my money. I had to continue to call customer service each time to get my money back.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were at least 3 ladies on shift and each one took time to greet us and then offered assistance or struck up a conversation. They took time to allow us to test perfume samples (carefully spritzing paper strips so they wouldn't affect other customers with allergies or scent sensitivities.) They did mention their 50% off sale on closeout rack, but I felt in my opinion that even at such a good discount the prices were just a little too high for comfort. I did end up purchasing a total of three items elsewhere in the store though, two shirts and a bottle of perfume. While Torrid probably won't be my daily clothes shopping store, it will definitely be my splurge store.

Love the fashion here. The gals who work here are friendly and know their stuff. I love how if there's not your size of an item in stock, the staff will help you order from their website and ship it to your home! Great customer service!

I know the prices are higher than most but the quality is what you're paying for. I still have some torrid items after years and years of heavy use. This place is worth it! And the girls that help are so wonderful!!!!

Fantastic selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. Somewhat decent prices ( wish they were a little lower) their rewards program and their torrid cash is great especially when you spend spend spend and earn earn earn, because you get to buy so much stuff and basically get other items free when you use the torrid cash. I love it. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Dressingrooms are always well kept. The store is always in order, never a disaster. This is my fave place to shop.

Best place ever for clothes, bras at torrid are like bras from Victoria secret for skinny lady's but for thicker girls, so not always true to size . But love them they help u out and always take a return back as long as u can prove purchased item. Cute clothes!
