Do not go here. They suddenly don't speak English when you question how they're ripping you off at the check out stand. Could be such a great store. Try mopping - my shoes pulled off my feet twice!

The 7- Eleven on melody drive in thornton. Do urself a favor. Don't bother. The so called manager named Chan is the rudest person ever. My son and myself go there quite often. They were supposed to ring up 2 slurpee and one free thru the reward program on his phone. The manager refused to honor the reward program Which is against company policy. The manager who can't ring up anything correct and does not know how to treat customers should be fired. The restrooms are closed bacause they are filthy. The store is filthy.Tried to accuse my son of not paying for the slurpees with rhe recept in his hands. Joke.They obviously don't know a thing about customer satisfaction. Never going there again. I only gave it one star because I had to.

The way they kept up the 7-11 was poor and it had alot of messes all over and not clean at all and the slurpee machine was dirty and didnot work. If you try to use it it does not come out right and it will leak.

Good morning of 12 21 21...I went to buy the three for went rang up to be 745...they inform me that item in pitcher. are not part of three 4 three. so clear mistake. not a scam...the manager deciders just throw them away. instead of knocking a buck or 2 off. to wear I can afford them. no they throw them away. I give 5 stars on bad Customer service....on to the next 7-11

Been here many many times as I live near here. Seems like this is the only place that will do anything possible for you to not use your 7eleven app points. Every time they either skip it and say "use it next time" or just act like they don't know. Correct this and I will change my review

My boyfriend made a purchase here and was given incorrect change. Over charged $10. He tried to explain to the cashier but cashier couldn’t understand. I called to ask when a manager would be available to discuss getting the money back and was treated VERY poorly and hung up on. Will not be returning to this location!

Compliments to Monica, amazingly quick service. She was runing two registers and of all the 7-11s I've been to I've never seen someone take there job so seriously in the best of ways. With a smile on her face, great job!
