Do not do any business with this Walgreens. If you do any sort of online purchase with store pick up, they will outright cancel your order even though they have the items in stock. I've tried multiple times to do an online pick up from this location, but every single time I get a delayed notification than cancelled hours later. This Walgreens is very convenient to where I live, but the hassle that this location has given me is beyond next level. I will just shop at a different Walgreens from now on.

Pharmacy must be very short staffed. Phone call etiquette lacking. They've had the request for the prescription for more than 4 days and only when I call will it be ready by this afternoon.

My doctor had sent my prescription at 11:00am I come to pick it up at 1:30pm and the lady pharmacist says they don’t have it ready till 2:30pm I told her I needed the medication since I was leaving out of town she got upset I guess at 1:30 is there lunch time she went back grabbed my medication she didn’t even ask my date of birth to make sure it was me she grabbed the medicine bag and just threw it and walked away. It is so unprofessional of her to act this way I was never rude to her and for this I Will be changing pharmacy to CVS . Don’t go to this location and if she doesn’t like her job well find another profession she shouldn’t be working with customers if she’s going to be rude and unprofessional.

Drove 40 minutes out of my way to get something the website said was in stock. They don’t have it. Said someone must have stolen it. Then they won’t even let you use the restroom

This Walgreens was very nice with nice people but that has changed. There is an all new pharmacy staff and they are rude and indifferent. It is almost impossible to get through on the phone. The store is not so great either with many things not being in stock. After much frustration, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have tried 4 seperate times to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy today. Each time on hold for over 15 minutes. Then just to get hung up on. I'll be going to King Soopers pharmacy from now on. Great job Walgreens. This is after being rude to me in person because my doctor didn't send the prescription the way they needed it. I didn't do it wrong, don't be rude to me! I'd give a zero if I could!

Awful, self-centered service. I tried to buy a homeless guy some food here with my EBT, but it wouldn't swipe because my card is damaged. I asked them to type in the numbers and they made up some excuse that it was "illegal to do so". Also the pharmacy is rude and doesn't pay attention to orders. I had to go back and pick up my meds a 2nd time because they forgot to put one of my scripts (that was filled, I checked on the phone) in the bag with the others, then they proceeded to lie about it not being in yet. Pick any other walgreens than this one. What the hell.

I needed to get a photo printed and was able to do it well with Kayla. She came from the back to help me with the photo kiosk when it would not read my thumb drive. I went to two other places, including another Walgreens, and could not get it done. Thank you, Kayla! I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative, but the Photo Center is great. The attendant, who was new, also refunded me when I inadvertently bought two of the same item. I'll be back!

Absolute garbage establishment. You wait at least 15-20 minutes on the phone to reach someone who is absolutely useless at providing accurate information, or puts you back in the hold queue. How do prescriptions take so long to fill? Oh and be honest about it, don't lie or guarantee my prescription will be filled by a certain time just to be severely disappointed at the window. Look at the reviews Walgreens, your service is atrocious...
