The pharmacy here lies about when your prescription will be ready. The automated service is trash. The employees are rude and incompetent. 3 hours later and two long on hold phone calls to my dogs neurologist they can finally give me the meds for my dogs seizures.

The staff here is fabulous, especially when you consider that most businesses are having a terrible time hiring and keeping staff. The pharmacy has worked diligently with my terrible insurance and is always helpful, even when they're busy. Thanks, folks. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do.

Received another CoVid booster, but my first at this Walgreens location. Thank you to everyone with whom I had contact with. My experience was pleasant, I felt safe, the staff were professional & friendly, efficient & organized.

Haven’t been able to pick up an antibiotic because the pharmacy isn’t open the posted hours. 3 times I’ve tried.

I had moved to this Walgreens for my prescriptions because the other locations in Colorado Springs were so understaffed that it was worth driving across town instead of waiting at the other ones. I thought this was the only Walgreens in town that was still good, but apparently that has changed. It's sad that the Walgreens corporation does not value their employees enough to fully staff their pharmacy. Went to pick up a prescriptions yesterday and the drive thru was closed and there was a line inside at least 20 people long. Decided to wait and come back when it wasn't peak driving time. Came today at 1:30 and drive thru was still closed and there was still a line of 6 people inside. Please don't take this review as anything bad about the employees. They are great and are obviously being overworked to keep things going. Walgreens corporation needs to realize that people are worth more and pay enough that they can fully staff their stores. I am planning to move my business to another pharmacy and leave Walgreens after using them exclusively for 37 years. If a company doesn't value their employees, then I don't want to give them any more of my money.

There is a pharmacy tech named Lorrin who has moved me to write this review. This store is extremely busy, partly because they are handling the overflow from the temporarily closed Centennial store, and partly because of the general labor shortage and poor morale that we are seeing in all service sectors. BUT how refreshing it is to be met with someone--in spite of being obviously over-worked, hurried, and faced with a public that is so over having to accept sub-par service, bad attitudes, long waits, & flat-out CLOSURES because no one showed up to work-- who was calm, efficient, un-frazzled and making each customer feel like a human being deserving of a turn at the top of the queue after waiting minimally 15 minutes...for 3-4 full minutes of her time to research a script issue and adjust accordingly. Lorrin was pleasant, collected, and patient ( no need for over-excited Hellos, insincere smiles, or exaggerated patience that frustrates co-workers with a pace 70% slower than everyone else ... to demonstrate how "committed" one is). Lorrin listened with an educated ear, asked relevant questions to get to the crux of the issue, went to computer, read, problem-solved, and got my script in my hand in under 5 minutes. She was smooth and savvy. Thank you, Lorrin!

I want to review this store because they perhaps don't hear the good. I live in the area and have used this store for over 20 years. This is my pharmacy too. The staff are just so crazy busy all the time. And I want to say how much I appreciate them despite. Last night it was late evening and the line inside and outside was so long. They do the very best they can. I was grateful for the smile and conversation even if just for a moment. The cashiers and manager are on it.

I shop at this Walgreens frequently - it's convenient to where I live & the employees there are always great. I stopped by there tonight looking for an OTC medication & an employee named Justin was working in the same aisle and offered his help. Justin not only helped me but went above and beyond to try to help me resolve my dilemma over the medication. I'd been helped by him at the checkouts previously and was immediately impressed by his courtesy & professionalism even then. Tonight I was beyond impressed by Justin! He seems to have the rare ability to be efficient, helpful & friendly with a sharp wit/sense of humor and genuine interest in his customers' needs. AND he accomplishes all of this in an incredibly timely manner. I've had employees of my own in the past - I would've been extremely happy to have had Jason as one of them!

I dont really get why this wallgreens has such a low rating but I thought it was quite nice there. Friendly staff and clean kept. No complaints from me rather than it was a little slow checking out. Other than that they were quite great.

DONT GO TO WALGREENS FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. If you don’t have insurance, DONT go here. I was trying to get a 30 day supply of nausea medicine and WALGREENS charges $280 WITH RX coupon. It’s only $12-$13 at Safeway or Walmart. Don’t Let Walgreens screw you!
