I granddaughter git her ears pierced and they were awesome! They reassured her it would be okay with a sting and had mom prepared to put cleaning solution on the ears. Two people did it at the same time. She counted them down to shoot the earrings in.

TERRIBLEEEEEEEE experience. Taylor the piercer/employee went to go over piercing options with me, I told her as-well-as pointed to the diamond stainless steel piercing I wanted and then I got the piercing, paid, got in my car and looked at my ear and she put this UGLY ball in my ear. I called because I was very upset she put the wrong piercing, first she proceeded to tell me I asked for the ball and when I said no I didn’t I pointed to the diamond she remembered and said omggg I’m soooo sorry. Then she said they could just switch it out real quick and I asked how that would effect my ear. Then she went to ask someone. Her assistant manager Dianna came on the phone and said I could take them out wait a few weeks then come back and pierce them and pay the difference in price for the piercing. Why would I not only inconvenience myself to come back and Repierce my ear due to their mistake? And pay for the price of the earring? She asked her manager and they said they exact same thing. Literally didn’t do anything for piercing my ear with the wrong piercing. That is absolutely unexceptable and I will not be coming back. They could of done anything to try to make the situation better but didn’t so please save yourself the trouble and DONT GO.

Cute lil store with lots of ear rings, necklaces, rings and such. Great place for anyone to get their ears pierced too

This is a great place for littles and tweens. I did get some nails really pretty , but don't stay on. Great variety of hair accessories and earrings. Also have cute lil purses, keych, this and that.

Took my daughter here to pick out gifts for her friends birthday, they always have a great selection. Prices were fair and they had some good deals going on.

We had our daughter's 8th birthday party here. It was fantastic. Britney was amazing and took care of everything. The girls had so much fun, and it was reasonably priced.

I do not recommend this Claire's for piercings. I went in today to get my second hole in my ear done and the lady had an attitude. She did not make my piercings even and marked up my ears so much w the purple marker that afterwards it was running down my neck. Do not go to this claire's for piercings.
