CrossFit is amazing way to challenge your body. I've had some training from Marcie previously and she will push you to your limits, it will surprise you what you can do. She will adapt anything to your needs. She says she won't kill you, she gets close though! LOL She and the staff are fabulous, you will be good hands.

The Silver Strength Class is the best class I've taken. Although I've continually been in exercise programs throughout my life, I wasn't in the shape I wanted to be. At the same time, many of the classes with mixed ages wasn't satisfying and often too hard. Marcie is an excellent instructor and takes the time to know her students, their weaknesses and strengths. The atmosphere is always welcoming from everyone at the gym. I would encourage anyone over the age of 50 to consider this class! Come give us a try and you'll be hooked!

Hands down the best box in the Norman area! Jeremy is a great coach and very observant in telling the athlete cue's in their lifts. I like the variety of classes they offer and atmosphere they produce. They have a silver strengths class which is a great class for the older people that has an excellent coach by the name of Marcie. I recommend Sooner CrossFit to all my friends!

Crossfit for seniors is something that should be in every Crossfit location across the country! It is imperative that seniors recognize they need to stay strong, flexible and confident in their abilities to live the best possible life. Marcie Billen has an obvious calling for just that! She is not only an excellent and thorough trainer but it's apparent she has a heart for seniors and a desire to see each participant succeed and feel better about themselves. Senior strength=longer life! Great facility, great trainer!

I have worked with Coach Marcie Billen on and off for almost three years. She has been an amazing influence on my life both in and out of the gym. Marcie always know s exactly what to say to get me to push harder. She is also very aware of my physical history (bad shoulder) and has worked with me to build strength and prevent injury. I can recommend Marcie without reservation.

I highly recommended to anyone in the Norman area who is looking to try CrossFit to go to Sooner CrossFit! Their trainers are not only CrossFit certified, but also have years of CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting experience. They interact with each and every member giving not only instruction, but encouragement. The atmosphere is positive and energizing.
