I've been twice too get tires. The first time they only had a pair so I end back a month later. First time the broke a wheel stud and acted like I brought it in like that. Then just the other day they picked up a screw in my new tire backing it out of the bay. They are slow and I'm sure over worked and under paid so they don't care.

I have not gotten any services from the Auto Center besides oil changes and I have had relatively good experiences each time. With that being said it depends on which employee you speak to. There is one employee that is absolutely amazing I believe her name is Cassandra. If she is working on the day you bring your vehicle in then your experience from a customer satisfaction will be an AWESOME experience, she is the best. I wish I could rate her alone because it would be a five star review but unfortunately she is just one person, therefore the rating drops. I will continue to support the auto care portion of this Walmart but if it wasn't for this employee I don't think I would continue giving them my business. Lastly, if your in a hurry this is not the place to bring your vehicle.

Inexperienced and careless with the quality of work they performed and the customer service is HORRIBLE... The saying you get what you pay for... holds true. Order tires online from the Walmart app based on the recommendations they made, tires went to the store and when I showed up for my appointment they explained the tires I order were the wrong size. Instead of assisting me get the situation corrected they advised me to go to customer service and try to get a refund .... THE END! No checking the inventory for the correct size, they didn't inform me of the correct size.... Nothing to follow-up my whole appointment was a waste of time, with no apology or remorse for a service they offered and I obliged. Going affordable is not always the best deal. Which is dad with how tough our economy already is... SMH 😣

Needed a tire for my kia sportage after one went out. The staff here were SUPER helpful. The tire was affordable and I was in and out in under an hour. Was NOT expecting such great service but will definitely go back. Service: Auto tire replacement

I didn't have a very good experience. They were out of the oil that was needed for my vehicle. I had to buy my own oil and they didn't deduct that from my total. I ended up paying an extra $20 and the wait time was pretty.long.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time. Called to see when they latest I could drop off my car for an oil change. After leaving work early, I dropped off my car with ample time before closing and was told they were closed because they needed to move around tires inside…tried again two days later and had to wait 30 minutes to be acknowledged by the lady with the iPad outside. After waiting around for 20 more minutes, I was told they didn’t have the right tool to change my oil. Pretty sure they just declined my car because they took so long to get to me and closes in 10 minutes. Don’t come here. Wasted a total of 3 hours of my time and left work early twice for nothing but being treated rudely.
