Best car battery store in Richmond, Virginia (VA) 2024

I have not gotten any services from the Auto Center besides oil changes and I have had relatively good experiences each time. With that being said it depends on which employee you speak to. There is one employee that is absolutely amazing I believe her name is Cassandra. If she is working on the day you bring your vehicle in then your experience from a customer satisfaction will be an AWESOME experience, she is the best. I wish I could rate her alone because it would be a five star review but unfortunately she is just one person, therefore the rating drops. I will continue to support the auto care portion of this Walmart but if it wasn't for this employee I don't think I would continue giving them my business. Lastly, if your in a hurry this is not the place to bring your vehicle. ~Troy

Called them once and asked if they have a battery for my phone. The associate who spoke to me said they do not carry it but I can come to the store so they can check if there is a battery that has the same specifications. I went to the store after a couple of weeks (that was around a month ago during the last week of June). The associate who welcomed me did not know how to open my phone back cover and said sorry we can not access your phone battery, We opened the cover for her. Then she said we do not have it. I told her what I was told over the phone. She sought help from another associate who tried to find a match through the computer. The computer gave her a list of batteries so I said we can try one of them. She left us to grab one but went to help another customer( of course without asking us if we Ok with that) we were waiting for her to get back. Then the first associate realized that so she asked a male associate to help us he came and we had to explain our issue again. His response that there are hundred of batteries that the computer gave him. We said we are willing to take the risk and try one of them. His response was NO I'm not doing that. Poor customer service and untrained associate. ~Sarah

Morgan was condescending, seemed reluctant to look up information or even to write down information I needed to get the battery from another store location. She had an attitude and was rude. ~Jamaica
