The personal, one-on-one business model makes coming back and sticking with the program much easier than solo workouts at a traditional health club. The Silver Strength Class is the best class I've taken. Although I've continually been in exercise programs throughout my life, I wasn't in the shape I wanted to be. At the same time, many of the classes with mixed ages wasn't satisfying and often too hard. Marcie is an excellent instructor and takes the time to know her students, their weaknesses and strengths. The atmosphere is always welcoming from everyone at the gym. I would encourage anyone over the age of 50 to consider this class! Come give us a try and you'll be hooked! ~Ginger

Went in tonight at 7:56 and the gate was halfway down. Didn't know they were closing at 8:00, so I waited outside thinking the gate was a way for them to limit customers. After waiting a minute to be let in, I ducked into the store, at this point it was 7:57. The woman working said, "We're fixin' to close, that's why I had the gate half way and I'm going to help these people that have already been in here." I asked, "So I can't buy a gift card?" She paused like she was going to say something then just straight up ignored me while I stood there awkwardly. I eventually left. I only came to the mall to buy a gift card for my nephew from Lids. Will not be coming back to this one, ever. I understand it was close to closing time, but they weren't actually closed yet and the way she handled the situation was very rude. Hard pass. ~Mary
