Great people and facility! Trainers are energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and challenging all in a non-judgmental way. In addition to providing a customized workout, the trainers show a genuine interest in discussing the client's nutritional challenges offering encouragement and healthy alternatives. The personal, one-on-one business model makes coming back and sticking with the program much easier than solo workouts at a traditional health club. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed.

Nexgen is the best gym! Everyone there is so friendly and I feel so comfortable working out there and get a great workout every time! It's like a big happy family when you walk in and the whole staff knows your name and is so encouraging! If I could give them less than a one star I would. The people at NexGen Fitness formerly known as BA Fitness care nothing about your goals, all they want is money. Brian came off nice at first but getting to know him he was a real jerk. All he cared about was materialistic things and did nothing but played on his phone during my training sessions. I would not suggest anyone to go here unless you are looking to throw your money out the window

I have been a client of BA Fitness for over a year. Working with the trainers has been a wonderful experience. They encourage, support, challenge and CARE. I am much stronger, my health is better and I'm in much better shape. I'm treated with respect and courtesy each time I work out. It's a great place.
