I never really leave reviews much less a bad one at that but this place bothered me so bad. Every isle was like the one in the picture there was stuff all over the floor and nothing I literally mean nothing was folded in every inch of the store. Even before I went in because I arrived early I was standing outside waiting with a few other people and the person who unlocked the door had a I don’t wanna be here face on and was rude and said nothing as the person before me said thank you and hello. Sure I looked around for a second dodging items of clothing pushing around my daughters stroller but I out loud said I’m buying online this place doesn’t even deserve just the points I wanted to spend. Sure maybe they had a bad night and were understaffed but this could have all been done a lot better.

Old Navy is a cheap(ish) option for buying clothing that can definitely be worth it. The service is kind and the clothing lasts forever. They keep up with the times and you can buy cute summer/winter/fall/spring clothes (and shoes and accessories) for yourself or your family!

I bought two pairs of 5 pocket twill pants one for my son and one for me, but they were really tight in the hips for both of us despite being the correct size. Also it was expensive when rung up despite all the 65% off signs hidng the true price. It was a hassle and very long wait returning it which I ended up just keeping one pair that he can't wear. My experience was not pleasant all around. I won't be shopping here in the future and will stick to Sam's clubs Iron Patriot pants.

I was in line today when I overheard an interaction between the staff and the most beautiful, strong, and pregnant young woman. The woman was wanting to make what seemed like an east return and after substantial amounts of distress it left her in tears. Old Navy, how complicated can it be. I was incredibly disgusted at how the whole situation was handled and will never shop at this location again. To the manager(s) and staff that work on Monday afternoons: I hope you get food poisoning for weeks and that your days are filled with nothing but neglect and resentment

My sister had gone here for a simple exchange (who is also 7 months pregnant mind you) and visited Old Navy TWICE in a three hour window to return a bra that would not fit and was treated so poorly by the MANAGER that sent her away *both times* in tears!!!! The computer systems weren’t cooperating but rather than being patient and helpful towards my sister, she insisted that she come back the following day once things were up and running again. It was very disheartening to be treated so poorly and by a manager especially. Horrible customer service and I’m telling everyone I know to NOT go to this Old Navy location.

I don't shop here personally, but I have been with my wife multiple times. The staff are always organizing things and are extremely attentive to the customers. Any time my wife asks for help, she's met with a smile and a great willingness to help.

The employees were extremely polite and helpful. I placed an online order and received someone else's order entirely. When I first visited this location a couple of months ago to try to return the items, the employee at the counter told me there was nothing she could do as none of the items I was returning were ringing up under my receipt (obviously there is no way they would have if I got someone else's order entirely). She told me to call 800OLDNAVY and talk to them. Once I called them they said they would put a note on the order and to go back to the store and they would allow me to return this stuff. I got busy and kind of forgot about it until this past weekend. I know a few months have passed, but I figured I would try again to return everything. I went to the store and the first person that helped me was in training so she brought over her manager Arin. Unfortunately, there was nothing noted in the computer about this return. This time instead of saying there wasn't anything she could do, Arin spent several minutes trying to figure out how to be able to return the items and refund me for the order I never received. This did take a bit, but not only did she figure it out, she did it while continuing to smile and maintain great customer service. Even HER manager seemed more than happy to try to help figure the issue out. This experience definitely changed my mind about this store and I might actually start shopping here again.

I ordered online for curbside pickup, so I can't really speak to the inside of the store (other than the fact that they have great clothes). After calling the staff to let them know we had arrived, an employee (Bailey) came out to the car in less than 60 seconds. So fast! She was very polite and friendly, which made the experience even more positive. Thank you!
