ASM (we didn't catch his name) found us to let us know they had a product in stock and other employee had just said they didn't carry. He not only did that, but then he helped us to save a lot of money and loaded the equipment into our car. Amazing customer service!!

Steven at the Colorado Springs store was super helpful. I'm a native Texan who planned on going zip lining but didn't expect the massive weather change. Steven helped me pick out the perfect outfit to stay warm and dry for my rainy zip lining adventure. Also, he found me the cutest purple hiking boots. I truly had a great experience shopping at this location.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could! Manager was very rude was following me around the store and accused me of stealing a hoodie that they didn’t even sell in the store! Said he’d seen me “picking up” the hoodie from one of the racks asked to check for security tags and what not I complied because I DIDNT even get the hoodie from this store, didn’t get an apology not that I expected one, but what makes me mad is that I walked around the hoodie section and did NOT fine the hoodie that I was accused of stealing. The manager was really rude, he was walking around behind us. and accused my sister of stealing a Hoodie that they didn't even sell in the store. and asked to see if there was any censors or tags he said that he saw my sister pick up the Hoodie from one of the racks in the corner. we ended up putting all our stuff back and leaving absolutely ridiculous. 🤦🏻♀️

Great experience! Other reviews seem to be complaining about ridiculous "one-offs" that do no reflect the general experience. Sale prices are fair, and quality brands are everywhere. I got some new shoes here and I have been really enjoying them!

Amazing staff. They always greet with a smile and we always have my son’s hockey skates sharpened here. Lovely location. We have always found what we needed here for both hockey and lacrosse. Thanks guys for being such rockstars!!

Buy one get one on cabin socks. Best price "anywhere"! Love this store! Very helpful staff, just ask, they're not high pressure. All the brands I like and wear. Great selection!
