Only the lady with the blond ponytail is friendly. I thought the manager was speaking to me, but she was talking to another employee. I didn't realize this and asked if she was speaking to me, because I didn't understand what she said, and she ignored me... just walked away as if I wasn't there. Wouldn't be a big deal, except this isn't the first time they have been rude. I'll just go to the one off 105 and avoid these folks.

I had a poster printed for Christmas that at first seemed fine, but when arriving home realized that the poster was not cut to dimension and had a whole bunch of wasted white space that I had to cut in order to fit the poster into the frame. I’m not sure if this is intentional or a policy here, but it felt kind of wrong paying for an unfinished product.
