I have lived in Colorado Springs my whole life, and never have I felt more respected and valued as a customer than with Christian Brothers! These guys always take great care of me, always give it to me straight, and help me cut costs whenever possible while maintaining the safety and functionality of my vehicle. I’m sure they’ve helped extend the life of my car with the great work they’ve done for me. You will NOT be disappointed! I’m so sad that I’m moving out of state and will have to find new mechanics! The only reason I’m putting 2 stars is because Greg was awesome!! Really nice. Other than that, do not take your car here. They had my car for about 9 days to fix my car. It kept stalling and shutting off on me while driving. They told me it was a cracked case sensor. I also told them I wanted my alignment fixed and an oil change. Well, here we are! The same day I had a RIDICULOUS leak most likely the radiator which did not leak before especially to that extent and all they said was it was a coincidence. After reading these reviews I’m honestly heart broken I took my car here. Because guess what. A week later and my car is shutting off on me AGAIN. Oh and another thing…. My car still needs an alignment!! They did not do it and if they did mess with it, it just goes to the right instead of the left now! Really glad we spent almost $1,000 for basically nothing.

I had a great experience taking my car in to Christian Brothers Automotive. They got me in and out quickly and had toy cars for my baby to play with while we waited. I loved taking my car in and will definitely be back for future tune ups!

I brought in my car for a check engine light. I was told the issue was a non-sealing gas cap. They then charged me $55 for an unbelievably cheap gas cap replacement. To no surprise, it didn't work, and the check engine was back on later that same day. I took it back in, and they did further testing to find if more problems existed. They essentially did leak tests and "found" that the cheap gas cap was the problem. Too bad they didn't have a viable replacement though. So I had to wait two weeks for an actually decent gas cap to come in. Got it replaced, and then to no one's surprise, the check engine came back on yet again. So either they couldn't find and fix the actual problem, or they tried to pretend like the bad gas cap was really the problem so they didn't have to actually make things right with me. I was traveling from Ohio, and my battery died. Christian Brothers, despite having a full day, made the time to take care of my battery, terminals, and even gave me a much needed oil change, so that I could get back on the road safely. Everyone was super helpful, kind and informative. I highly recommend them! Services: Battery, Oil change, Electrical repair

Took my truck in for a leak, they said it was oil pan and valve covers, charged me over 1200.00 to replace those. Got the truck home, still leaking. Took the truck back to them, this time they said it was a heater line. They charged me almost 400.00 to replace that. Got the truck home, STILL leaking. Now I am pretty sure they have scammed me for almost 2000.00. Also, now my check engine light is on. My truck is in worse shape than before I brought it in to them, I wish I would’ve taken it somewhere else. Now I’m out almost 2 grand and a busted truck. I hope someone from management sees this review and wants to make things right. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went here to get est for dash light abs light on. Got charged $150 for them to say I needed abs computer for $1200 r&r. Well I ordered one off rockauto for $250 and crawled under truck and took off 4 screws that held module on and replaced it. All good now and saved $1000!!! Really??? $1000 PER HR LABOR??? Do repairs yourself or learn how.
