What a joke of a business. For some reason I let them put tires on my car only for them to wreck it into their garage. I go back for a warranty repair they told me they can’t help me.

Needed to put a tire back on the car and they were super short handed but took care of me and had me back on the road within the hour.

Great deals for black Friday. They don't answer their phone though, and it's really annoying. If they do they often don't know what they are talking about when it comes to tire stock. Take my advice -if you want to know if they have a tire, go to the store and make them check. Otherwise great service for tire installation!

Ordering the tires from walmart.com was a pain. My tires did not arrive nearly on time, and I scheduled two installation appointments that I showed up to only to find I had no tires delivered. The actual Walmart location doesn't seem to fix the dot.com's problems, so I was on my own to find out where my tires were. I was offered 10$ off of four tires that cost over 300$. They still were not delivered the new date stated. Once tires finally arrived, I was able to schedule installation the next day and the staff was very helpful, skilled and the tires were installed and balanced perfectly in an hour.

We had a flat tire. We are from out of town and pulled in. The people at the auto center were super busy and I watched the person in front of us treat the employees pretty rotten when she found out it would be a while. Yet, they were still cheerful when they came to talk to us. They were super helpful and got us up and going as fast as they could considering how busy they were. Keep up the good work!

I stopped here to get an oil change while on a road trip and I deeply regret it. First they said it would take maybe a half hour and it took over an hour. But more importantly, they did not tighten the screws keeping the panel in place. It came loose while I was driving and was torn apart. It has cost me far more time, money, and mental capacity than the oil change was worth. Service: Oil change

The 2 guys I had talked with both had great customer service, had 4 tires put on took over an hour but I was sitting and chilling so it was ok . Not sure if they were short handed or if that's the way it is but their was not a person at the check out to help customers ( customers had to wait for guys to come in from the service area), didnt bother me any I had an appointment but there were couple others that were not happy. As for my experience it was good.
