I'm super disappointed in the service my daughter received in this store today. I was not there, but she called me crying because the employee she was working with was condescending and disrespectful. He ignored my daughter when she asked perfectly reasonable questions. He was unable to put a screen protector on her phone correctly. She was told it would lay down fully over the next 24-48 hours and while that may have been correct, the screen protector was not aligned correctly and he would not fix it, instead he was dismissive of my daughter's concern. I suggested she go into another store, since she felt so terrible about the interaction. She did go into another store was treated so much better! Not only was the problem addressed with respect and concern, but she was treated as though she was a valued customer. I will be reviewing the second store she visited, as well.

Chad was a great guy and super helpful with switching me and my family to T-Mobile from Verizon. We had some issues with switching one of the phones but he was diligent about escalating to T-Mobile support/higher ups and getting it working for us. All around nice guy and really took ownership of us and getting our issues resolved. I know this may not be his main store currently, but he is an asset to any he works in. If you see this Chad, thank you again for all your help!!

These guys helped me port my data & apps to my new phone, which I didn't even buy from them. Also they gladly handed out the latest T-Mobile Tuesday goodies. (A backpack this time). Always friendly.

Employees acts like you're bothering them, are dismissive, & give one word answers. You have to drag information out of them. They clearly dont like their jobs and dont want to be there.

Worse than car salesmen. Wanted to switch carriers to Tmobile from a competitor and they told us that we could only initiate this by calling the customer service line - they wouldn't even do some of the work in the store, couldn't provide any help. We said we would try visiting a different competitor across the street then and they replied with, "We'll see you guys soon." Have Verizon now and it's awesome.

Best store by far. The guys fixed my problems quick. I left the store with everything working; he helped correct sim issue caused by T-Mobile “expert” on 611. Spent 5 hours total waiting for a call from the experts at 611. They then caused many issues. They turned off my physical sim before enabling my esim and giving instructions. So I had no sim and no service. Idiots.

Nic is amazing! He is so knowledgeable about the different products and processes, and so helpful we were very impressed! He even got on the phone with us to a Fort Collins store, and stayed on the line with us after 8PM to help them figure out what to do to port my daughter's phone from Sprint to T-Mobile! The Foothill store in Fort Collins was rude and inept, making me full appreciate this store! I will go to this store for anything I need!!!

Was my first time at a T-Mobile store since I have been a Spring customer for as long as I can remember. Needing to get an upgrade i went in to see my options. Drew helped me out, and was really attentive to questions. He scoured over the deals that might work for me, ultimately finding a good phone (for free even). Evan came over toward the end of the deal, and made sure everything was good. These guys were super friendly, very patient, and really helpful in finding a deal that I could afford, and promising to help me set up my phone when I get it. Will be recommending them, and this store, in the future, for sure.

Went to this store yesterday and waited for about ten mins to be greeted. I told them that I needed my screen protector replaced on my iPhone because I had paid for the insurance and it was cracked. I was told I wasn’t able to do that because I was not an authorized person on the account (my husband is the main person on the account). Makes absolutely no sense to me because I was changing nothing with the actual account just wanted my screen protector exchanged because I had paid for the service myself with my phone number. Ended up walking out and going to the T-Mobile store off constitution and powers and they helped me without any issues. Had my screen protector exchanged within ten minutes of walking into the store. I have only ever heard of negative things happening at this location and now I have experienced it for myself. Save yourself the time and go to literally any other location there is.

Recently had a head unit installed. Bought at a separate store as it was $100 cheaper. After the install, they told me that sirius kept saying channels were not available. Said it would be fixed when I purchased sirius or the head unit was bad and would have to send back to pioneer. After spending an hour on the phone with sirius, it still wasn't working. I later discovered in their hurry to install, they smashed the sirius antenna wire on the placement under my hood panel. Once I loosened it and moved the wire, no more problems. I understand accidents happen, but after the price charged, they should have been willing to investigate that it wasn't a problem due to their install. But instead they put it off on me and hoped for the best. Also installed a USB port into the cigarette lighter. In order for the cover to close, they broke off the top of the piece. Would have been nice if they asked about that before they decided on their own to break it off, after all, I paid for the piece. Next time I will pay someone else the higher price to do it right the first time. A little effort on their part would have gone a long way!
