So Freddie's has a SUPER-pharmacist named ADAM who went ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THE WEEKEND FOR THE SECOND TIME. 👍 Same pharmacist, two entirely different busy weekends, Adam went above and beyond for me, and in doing so has made my life easier when he didnt have to but he did. Thank you to the Franklin Fred myer and pharmacist Adam for helping me thru this journey we call life, and making it a little easier!

Lazy no follow through! Decided to not transfer my prescriptions after they said “we faxed the other pharmacy and never heard back”. How about a phone call?!

There is always some reason my prescription isn't filled. No matter how long it has sat there half the time you still have to wait for them to start filling it when you get there. Almost everyone you deal with acts like you are bothering them the minute you walk up to the counter. My doctor upped a dosage and they just decided not to fill it because I picked up the lower dosage a couple of weeks before and decided I didn't need to get a more yet. It isn't for them to make that call when my doctor sends it in. They aren't my doctor. Will be switching pharmacies soon.

Love this pharmacy. I've used three others over the past two years and this one is far and away the best. I had no idea how spoiled I was until I went elsewhere. They've messed up before but they're really good and saying sorry and fixing it right away. Smart and patient staff. Really like it there!

I was so disappointed about how I was treated by one of the technicians ... My husband was newly diagnosed with cancer and had 19 prescriptions sent over to the pharmacy . When I dropped off two more he acted like I was putting him out ! It's your job isn't it ?

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just have yet to have a good experience at this location. I get cut off while talking. They always sound impatient and like you’re a nuisance. There’s a couple staff in particular, I just don’t know names. I usually have to call in a prescription 5 days in advance to get it on time. I have now missed 2 days of a med, have called twice (both times they say they will start on it as it hasn’t been started yet and will have it ready for me in an hour, which they don’t). Some meds you can’t miss days on!! It can be dangerous and cause so many problems. I know it’s not Fred Meyer pharmacy in general because I’ve had no problems at other locations. A doctor will call it in and it’ll be ready in as little as 30 minutes at others where I’ve had to wait 1-2 days after a doctor calls it in at this location. And again I’ve had a terrible experience getting refills even when I call it in 5 days in advance. I’ve only had one good interaction here, I wish I remembered the name. I know and understand being short staffed. Everywhere is short staffed right now. It doesn’t I’ve anyone the right to treat patients with rudeness. Especially when those patients have already waited days to get a prescription? Again I hate leaving bad reviews, I always feel so bad, but maybe go to a different pharmacy. Let them catch up. Maybe with less clientele they will have an easier time. I don’t know. Just frustrated ☹️

I had a horrible experience at this pharmacy. I have never been treated so rudely at a Fred Meyer or any pharmacy by a healthcare professional that should know better. The head pharmacist’s name was Andre, he was condescending, cut me off while I was talking, incredibly rude in front of other customers so much so that I was embarrassed just trying to get my medicine. I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 min and was made to wait 50 min right up until they closed. The pharmacy tech or assistant was also rude and shoved my medication at me when I was trying to leave. I have filed a formal complaint with the corporate Fred Meyer office and will be filing a complaint with the store in person. I do not recommend this pharmacy and hope people take caution when using this Fred Meyer.

Andrei was amazingly helpful. He had a really great attitude and was awesome to work with. Will definitely return to this Fred Meyer Pharmacy if we need pharmacy services.

Best big chain pharmacy in the area. Andrei and the other pharmacists/techs are awesome and friendly. I have an allergy to bulk lactose (and some others) and these guys catch it every time, and are good at sourcing a version of my prescriptions that doesn't have any of my allergies. Plus they are open til' 9PM! I only go somewhere else when I need stuff compounded.

Have to keep asking them to fax over prescription requests. The doctor only gets them when you are standing in pharmacy angry. I think they don’t think they really send the requests. This happens month after month after month. Had enough. Am changing pharmacies.
