I WAS THERE TODAY AROUND 1PM WENT TO COSMETICS AND ASKED THE HEAVY SET WOMAN ABOUT A PERFUME, I'M SORRY I DID RUDE AS HELL AND DIDN'T WANT TO HELP VERY MUCH. LAZY I THOUGHT SHE MIGHT BE A VOLUNTEER WITH THAT ATTITUDE OF DESCRIMINATION TOWARDS ME !!!!! IM LATINO, REGARDLESS I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND THE CASHIER AT THE PHOTO BOOTH WITH HEAVY MAKE UP TOLD ME THAT THE MAIN MANAGER WAS THE OVER WEIGHT ONE. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!!!ETC. ETC.

Avoid this place if possible. There is one pharmacist with compasion but none of the other workers have it. They will lie to you about when your meds will be available. They knew I needed a medication and did not order it. The following day they said they ordered it and I wondered why not ordered the day before. Why would I believe tha it would be in the following day when it could have been ordered the prior day? Been coming here for 10 years but today is my last. The lady flat refused to fill my script with what they had available. She simply said she would not fill it for me. Luckily there was another worker there that would.

Omg so my doctor sent an Rx over on Tuesday. I never heard anything so Friday I called to find out they filled the Rx, never called and then temporarily closed. So I called the Broadway store. They said they would be open and I had the Rx sent there. Saturday I went to get it and they were closed. Monday I called pharmacy is closed. Got ahold of the store and it’s will be closed at least 3 days. Seriously don’t fill my Rx if your not even going to be open! Dr had to write a Rx 3xs. I finally gave up and will have all my rx’s sent to rite aid! Never again!

I just switched over to this pharmacy bc the old was too busy & nvr had my Mothers meds filled when they said they were ready for pick up. This was my first time having to call in for a prescription refill to this pharmacy & I got yelled at bc the 2nd prescription information was not in the system. That's not my fualt that the dr didnt send that information. I'm thankful I did this over the phone & not in person at the counter. I feel like she woulda called the cops & had me arrested if I did, even after I told her I'd call the doctor office to send the info over. When I asked how long it could take to fill the prescription, she hung up the phone. I switched for speed & accuracy. After this first phone call, I want to switch back to the old pharmacy. Atleast theyre nice & treat the customer with respect. This customer service at this location is unacceptable! If I am yelled at & treated like a criminal simply for fulfilling a prescription, I will nvr go near a Walgreens again & hope this one burns down. Unacceptable!

I had to go to the pharmacy to get a prescription. A pharmacist named Dave helped me out and was so polite. I didn’t have insurance so my prescriptions were pretty expensive. He was so helpful and went out of his way to try to find as many coupons available to lower the price. He was able to take a $100 off for me!!!! Excellent customer service!

I was almost a victim of the gift card scam that's been going on and contacted the manager Diana at Walgreens concerning my issue asked the store to refund the purchase which I never used or released any of the information to that scammers didn't make any purchases. She was very rude and inconsiderate regarding my issue. Albertsons on the other hand helped to to resolve my issue. I will never purchase another thing from them and I filed a complaint at the ftc against the company.

The pharmacist is super friendly and very hands on with his customers and is always very pleasant. My husband and I both use this pharmacy. I'm terrible with names, but my husband says that the guy that is ALWAYS nice and super helpful is Cody. He goes way out of his way to give you the best service. Thank you both.
