The Overland Meridian pharmacy has been very accommodating. They always let me know if I need to contact my doctor if it’s something that they can’t do or if there’s an issue with my insurance. Thank you pharmacist

Curbside pickup! Great experience! The staff went out of there way to ensure we didn’t have to come into the store despite some insurance hiccups. They were super accommodating, helpful, and gracious through the whole process. Thank you! Update: Still getting great service. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from as I’ve always had a good experience here. Technician Bree was super helpful today over the phone.

Calling is a nightmare they never answer or if they do they always say they are with a customer and make you wait FOREVER!!! In the last two months I’ve had them tell me 3 times that they don’t have enough to fill my prescriptions and that I will have to wait until their next shipment...

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I was consistently told my doctor hadn’t sent in my prescription. I called my doctor who told me she sent it in the previous day. Came in to get it, asked when my prescription had been sent in the technician said; “Oh yesterday at 4:45pm” Hm. That’s interesting because I was told there was no prescription on file? Then when I expressed the pharmacy’s mistake the technician stated, “Well I can’t speak for everyone”. Haha okay..so your professional mistake is my fault? No apologies. It’s to bad that they can’t seem to figure out a professional strategy yet; this has been one of many many mistakes which they have made. I know that I am not the only one either because when I read their reviews it seems as though a lot of people have had this happen to them. This is the very last time I fill a prescription here.

I've had a few helpful moments when coming here for my dogs prescription. But otherwise, if it wasn't the fact my dogs medication is cheaper here with GoodRX, I would avoid coming here at all cost and keep going to Costco or anywhere else really. Always takes forever to get my refill even if I call in 2 weeks before hand

The first time I went to fill my sons prescription, they insisted they did not have any messages from his Dr., even after I heard him leave the message. Called other walmarts to make sure that it wasn't called into the wrong one. Went back and talked to someone else and asked them to check again and she said they did have a message and they would fill it. The second time, my sons Dr. called it in, but actually talked to a person. When I called them an hour later to ask them to fill it so it would be ready by the time I got there after work, she said she would have it ready. Went in 3 hours later to pick it up, and no one had even started it. Had to wait another hour. Will be switching to Walgreens after this.

Piss Poor Performance on 7/19/2018 -- 10:am contacted the overland pharmacy gave the information needed.Shortly after 12 pm we gave the Pick Up staff our insurance cards and they still haven't gotten the ointment filled. It's is now 5:38pm, no one contacted me, after giving my cell phone number out numerous times the elderly lady behind the pick up counter didn't have a brain to call to say that there was a problem... and there still is. After being confronted she didn't BELIEVE that it was her fault. Still the problem was NEVER resolved because the person who screwed up played ignorant and didn't believe that she had to pay attention in a pharmacy.

Went there to pick up my babies medicine for the first time since moving here. Said picking up for Amelia, the tech typed and said nope don’t have anything so I left and called the dr to make sure it was the right location and they said it was and should be ready by now so I go back the next day (because they were closing) to the same lady and told her the same thing. She said no again. I said are you spelling Amelia right? She spelled it E-m-m-a-l-l-i-a...... 🤦♀️

I'm not sure if their pharmacy techs know what they are doing. it takes an extra 20 mins for me to wait inline after I waited 20 mins for them to fill it. Also, they keep changing my insurance amount every time I go there. I will be changing Pharmacies

When picking up my prescription and finding that it hadn't been processed the pharmacist asked me if I "really needed it." He was reluctant to call the doctor to get it filled and asked if I had tried other ways to sleep. Very upset at how I was treated picking up a non-narcotic medication, I felt like a drug addict.
