We had to switch to Walmart due to it being the only pharmacy in the area in network with our insurance and I must say, it is hands down the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used! The knowledge of the employees (minus the pharmacist) is little to none about policy, procedures, insurances etc. Nothing seems to ever be actually done even when you receive notifications that it is ready for pickup so expect to stand and wait while they try to figure out where it is or if they even have it in stock. If you can avoid this pharmacy I strongly recommend it. Unless of course you enjoy wasting hours of your day going back and forth between your insurance and the pharmacy trying to explain to an employee what was told to you and waiting and waiting and waiting some more.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. There has been some kind of issue every time I've been in to fill a script. This is not an exaggeration. Every. single. time. I've been meaning to write a review and finally got around to it during this 15 minute hold they have me on right now. They don't fill a script until you tell them you're there to pick it up so you always have to wait even if you called to see if its been sent in. Issue with the card reader at drive in pharmacy spot. Issue with them finding my insurance to bill despite having my card in front of them. I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

I have never had anything but sterling performances from all staff at the pharmacy. Everyone knows that they have to take a lunch break, so why would anyone come during that time? That's just rude! They are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly! I transferred from another pharmacy to this one and even though it is a drive, I'm glad I did.

This is by far the worst pharmacy that my family and I have had to deal with. We have been dealing with them for 2 years now, I have no idea why it's taken us this long to switch somewhere else but we finally made the change today and switched to Albertsons. It is unbelievable what a night and day difference it has already been.... The customer service alone has been amazing. We always had to deal with Walmart being out of our medications and being told that they would have it ready on a certain date then it never happening. Phone calls are made monthly because of this and then hardly anyone answers; they'll put you on hold and never answer. They are constantly out of stock on our stuff. Don't fill any of your prescription's through here... You are much better off going somewhere else.

Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!! Arrived at 1:25 pm and got in line to pick up my prescription. They said they were closed from 1:30 to 2 even though the website says there open. They were unwilling to let me pick up my prescription and said I’d have to wait until 2 to pickup. Normally not a huge deal but I had a cart full of frozen foods that I needed to get home. Plus the pharmacist was beyond rude. I’ll be taking my pharmacy needs elsewhere for sure. What a joke!!

Avoid Avoid avoid! Would rate 0 if possible. They wasted two hours making me wait ,and then told me I had to come back the next day to get it ,why didn't they tell me when you know I dropped it off ?Pharmacist was very condescending. Tech was nice but really spacey ,really needs to change his hygiene because he could be smelled. It was like a zoo. I cancelled all my medicines ,will never go back to this location .

They lost my first prescription so I had to call into my doctor to get another one sent over. After doing that, they were out of my prescription and told me they couldn't give a partial fill on it. Told me I had to wait a week, or only get a part of my prescription and they wouldn't fill the rest later. They suggested that I have my script sent to another pharmacy to get it filled there but I had to call the doctor to do so. They're pretty much useless on customer service. I need my medication to function on the day to day and they didn't help me at all. One star for the awesome performance.

I injured my eye about a week ago, I went to Primary health who looked at it and said I should see an eye specialist. I didn't have insurance so they gave me a prescription discount card. I went to this eye specialist who prescribed me an eye drop which was pretty expensive 144 dollars. I was hoping Wal-Mart could give me a good price but wound up paying in full because I forgot to use the discount card I was just given that day. About a week later after seeing the doc 3 times he prescribes me a steroid to help with the healing. This time I decide to go to Walgreens pharmacy and because it was expensive again the Walgreens associate was looking for discounts she could offer. I saw the prescription card in my wallet and asked her to try it. I was amazed as was she at the discount it gave me. So I decided I would see if Wal-Mart could run it for the savings as I had forgotten to use it. I didn't realize it hadn't been activated until I used it at Walgreens. The Wal-Mart associate was also amazed at the discount it gave, he questioned it and then went to his pharmacist. When he came back he said because it was just activated yesterday they would deny me credit. It felt as though he didn't want to help me but rather just deny me. I am upset, this isn't an insurance card, its to help those who don't have insurance. But it seems Wal-Mart pharmacies don't wish to help those without insurance so this is due my noted.

There are always lines. Always. They also close on Saturday's and Sunday's from 130p-2p for lunch. I have frequently had issues with filling prescriptions, whereas the pharmacy doesn't have enough of the supply to fill it.
