The pharmacist lady working there is tempermental, impatient and altogether rude...she complains about working for FredMeyer for 30 years and not getting a raise. She does not like running discounts because it cost the pharmacy so much money they will go broke. The last draw was when she said Republicans with Deep Pockets are the reasons for crazy drug prices. We have used them for years, but o more. Will e sending Rabbi an e mail.

I've been w this pharmacy since this store opened. They treated me like family until COVID hit. They became short staffed and seemed to have a lot of new people and high turnover. I almost switched it was so bad. But in the last few months they have stabilized and things are better. The current staff are both professional and personable and no more long lines. I'm glad I stuck it out. Sometimes having patience and empathy is the best way to live.

Dylan T (I'm pretty sure that was his name) was the most wonderful pharmacist I've ever been helped by. He was very personable, he helped me change my account information, he signed me up for text notifications, and he applied a rewards phone number for me. Basically, he took his time and didn't rush me out. He genuinely wanted to help me and give me a good experience. I really hope I have the name right, because this guy is the best.

Simply understaffed. I've used them out of loyalty to Kroger/Fred Meyer for five years. Reached a point I had to move on. I've had over 30 prescriptions filled there and found that they will not fill a prescription from the DR or via their app until you either show up in person and/or physically call the number. I was o.k. with that until I found it impossible to reach a pharmacist. I'm not put on hold and eventually hung up on. I shared with the store manager and found that I'm not alone in the service I'm receiving, or NOT receiving. Caveat - the staff that is there is generally awesome. Guy who answers the phone and puts you on hold isn't but no staff is perfect. I just need a pharmacy that is reliable. We moved down the street to Costco and have had luck there.

Pharmacy is BAD!!! Don't use this pharmacy! Omg they are so bad. Wait times for pick-ups are a minimum of 20 minutes, even during low traffic times (high traffic times 35+ wait time). Even calling in is a nightmare because they won't answer the phone. I had to call the general store manager to get them to pick up, and even the manager had to call them twice telling them to pick up. It's bad. The rest of the store is great, but I have no reason to go there if I can't get my prescriptions at the same time.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 8+ years and up until this last year they were awesome. I understand being short staffed and doing more with less but you can still be polite with your customers. There are 2 pharmacists in particular that are just flat out rude. I’ve been hung up on and been given some serious attitude on multiple occasions! Mainly by the female pharmacist. Not sure of her name. The pharmacist Jim has always been great, helpful and extremely polite but whoever these other 2 are are Terrible!!

Krista (Kristen or Krystal) is in dire need of training. Due to lack of inventory, Fred Meyer was unable to fill 2/3 of an insulin prescription. When attempting to pick up the remaining medically necessary prescription, Krista expressed that there was an issue with the “system” and had no record of the rx. She gave no effort, help, or any sort of attempt at correcting the issue. Instead - she took the opportunity to argue and stall to then finally state there was nothing she could do and refused to transfer the call to an actual pharmacist. After a 34 minute phone call (22 minutes on hold) she still was incapable of resolving her errors. The only issue with the “system” is a lack of training and patient care. Fred Meyer pharmacy seriously needs to address this issue before it endangers the life of another person.

This Pharmacy used to be top notch, but not so much anymore. I don't blame the staff because they are working hard with what they have. Fred Meyer needs to stop being so cheap and hire more staff and expand the Pharmacy. Preferably to an area where more than three cars can wait in line at the drive up window. Another issue is the massive influx of people to the area, all local businesses and Government are overwhelmed. However, I put blame on them for being completely short sighted and not preparing for the growth we all knew was coming 10 years ago. The drive up window is always closed and the line is ridiculous. I would find another pharmacy if you have the option. I know I'm switching ASAP!

It used to be a great pharmacy but it’s gone down hill fast. I’m guessing they recently lost a lot of staff members. Drive through closed. Prescriptions are never ready when they’re supposed to be. Long wait. Impatient staff. When they refilled my daughter’s prescription, it was completely different and it made he throw up. The one she had just finished was flavored. I called and they told me tough luck.

You will wait in line for hours to days to get anything. Their phone lines hang up on you. When you reach staff they're rude. I have never in my life seen such a poorly managed pharmacy. I cannot even get a hold of them to transfer my prescriptions.
