I'm a Sprint customer( part of T-Mobile now) and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful to my issue, trying to sound like he can't help me because he "would break FDIC rules "! I thought I didn't hear correctly so I double checked- sure enough, he repeated FDIC, at which point, I left the store, got into my car, called Sprint and my issue was resolved in 15 minutes over the phone. So more than 1 star, because Sprint customer service was fantastic

We have t mobile phones. The people always are able to help us learn the phones. The service is the best service we have had.

I had a sprint account for 18 months I payed that $45 every month that should have only lasted 18 months that would have been payed off back in March of 2021.. To this day sprints is still charging me $45 every month when it should have been payed off. Today I went to the tmoble store and made my account current and attempted to payed the so called phone off from sprint and now the guys telling me that he can't bring up my account until tomorrow. I don't do anything online and will not give any of my information to anyone online and the guy wouldn't help me with that either.

I keep getting sent in circles with T-Mobile. Phone support tells me I have to go to store. Store tells me I have to call support. And all the while I'm left without a working phone because they didn't unlock my phone like they said they did. But T-Mobile won't offer any alternative options because I'm no longer a customer. I left them for a reason, and this shows why. If you're thinking of going with T-Mobile don't. They don't care about you

Angelica was exceptional at the Havana and Mississippi store .I have been with Verizon for a very long time and been overpaying for a very long time should have switched to T Mobile a long time ago saved 80 dollars a month by switching..Hardest part was picking out size of phone .Would highly recommend

I stopped at T Mobile to get an up grade on my phone the customer service person Brianna was GREAT 👍👍 she was very detailed, friendly she also told me about T-Mobile having internet service now so she sold me on that also thank you Brianna ☺️

I had to buy a new phone my last one was from 2014 so it was time. Walked in was greeted be Brianna and she was awesome super helpful answered all my questions just super helpful. I could not have had a better experience and it was fast in and out in about 20 minutes. This is a great location if you need a phone.

If you are Sprint customer don’t waste your time with these guys, they are not going to help you. They literally demonstrate you that they are not happy to see Sprint customers, on my last visit they just refused to serve me and didn’t help me to fix the issue which started after merging Sprint with T-Mobile.
