6 Best cell phone store in Aurora, Colorado (CO) 2024

I had to buy a new phone my last one was from 2014 so it was time. Walked in was greeted be Brianna and she was awesome super helpful answered all my questions just super helpful. I could not have had a better experience and it was fast in and out in about 20 minutes. This is a great location if you need a phone. ~Dave

I can’t wait to take y’all to small claims court. You guys sold my mother a broken phone and didn’t wanna give her a replacement or a refund. The girl in the shop that works there don’t think that you don’t have your day with me honey watch your mouth. I don’t play when it comes to my mom. ~Brey

I walk in and vet a strong hello. The sales lady was very knowledgeable about the phone and listened to my situation and got me more than I expected. Just for something I forgot to ask the manager gave me a free phone for life of my account. I left cricket because I stood their for 15 min and Noone even looked at me. 5 stars is not enough. The other two salesperson in the store where laughing with customers as they was shocked at the great deals they offer. This store by far is the best in customer interest deals and just the best place to get phone service. Thanks for the great experience ~Dorian

I returned my mothers phone due to it having issues and the day her new phone arrived, the metro pcs employee ends up dropping her phone on the ground. (It was the guy with the piercing) His other coworker even saw but they both pretended like we didn’t notice. I decided to not take the new phone that was dropped because why would I pay for a phone that’s been dropped? Would you do that? Of course not. So I returned it and I asked if I could get a new one cause it had a scratch. The other coworker seemed to be upset and she rudely talked to us and told us that she’d have to talk to the manager. We said we would come and talk to the manager the next day. She said the phone must’ve gotten a scratch when UPS brought it which is impossible. (The phone had a scratch on the screen because it dropped on the floor!) anyways She pretended like nothing had happened. The next day we went there again and we asked for the manager and she said she had no idea when it would get to the store but that she talked to the manager last night and she said my mom could get a new phone . This time she was nice to us. The only reason we went back to this place was to pick up my moms new phone. But yea. The service is terrible. So far only one employee there is nice. Also they never answer the phone . Also the rude lady which we believe is the manager because we never got to meet the manager anyways she has big earrings. ~PlentifulSoul
