Be sure to bring a form of government issued ID to ship anything. Ridiculous. I walked over a mile from my house. Why would I carry ID?!

Ryan and his team are just fabulous. I came to drop off a 65 pound battery generator and Destinee, a strong, young woman helped me carry it in. Then Ryan whom I assume is the manager, carried it back and said to schedule it to your home which I didn't even know about. Then he gave me a free water cause I was parched from this damn Denver heat wave and carrying that generator around! Thank you Team Fedex Arvada!

Fedex has been terrible for the last 2 years. I get packages usually once a week and they never and I repeat never show up on time!!! As of right now I'm waiting for a package that has been sitting at my hub for 3 days with no updates. I wish I could pick the carrier when ordering items. I WOULD NEVER USE FEDEX!!!

I had a really great experience here. Sean was super helpful and managed to get my 4 print jobs done within 15 minutes. He was really patient in answering my questions, and expertly navigated the system to get my orders placed and printed quickly. I will use this location again for printing Etsy purchases!

This place and staff are amazing but once my package was sent out they lost it! I’ve called and waited for calls so many times it’s very disappointing. I had contacts worth $150 in that package for my mom and now she won’t have any. I still am waiting for another call and it’s been 10+ days since the package was supposed to arrive and I got no updates about it until tonight. It’s sad how you put your trust in a company and then ruin it. They just need to be honest and not sugar coat things. If you lost it just say so and then help me figure out what to do next! I’m not using FedEx ever again! Very disappointed and upset

Everyone in here was super nice a friendly. It was busy as holidays are approaching but the attitude and speed of the staff was great. Everyone was happy and helpful. I rarely leave google reviews but this was a great experience and I had to overnight something important so was very happy to receive such great customer service. I think I worked with someone named Mike but everyone else was helpful too and even returned a lost credit card to someone while I was there.

Please hire more help. Friday morning. Five customers in line. One employee. Half an hour to pick up a printing order, which coincidentally my husband tried to pick up yesterday but was told it wasn't at this location. Bizarre as the email confirms it is at this location.
