Lane
If there is as less than one star, it would be more than they deserve. This is not the first time I’ve experienced awful service at this store but this was the worst. When I walked in carrying a large heavy box, 4 guys stood behind the counter and made no move toward helping me. The front door was almost blocked by at least 8 feet off boxes and I had to maneuver around them. It also reeked of pot, as if they were smoking right in the store. I was told by the seller I’d the package I was returning that I didn’t need a label but when I finally got up the counter the extremely rude and dismissive guy said you need a label and it will be $2 to print it plus a roll of tape. I asked if he was kidding and he said, do I look like I’m kidding? I left without sending my package and will never go to this store again.

Do not show up without a box. They will try to charge you $30 for cardboard. Oh yea, and $2 for printing a label that's prepaid. When I asked for proof of these prices from UPS they refused.

I told a staff member that I had an appointment to get something notarized and their response was "oh, that guy left". They barely gave an apology and did nothing to fix the situation. I arrived right on time to the appointment-not late. I never write reviews but this is so frustrating. If you need something notarized, do not go here. This was on 10/21 at 2pm.

We had a scheduled appointment with the notary here and when we showed up the other employees told us he left for the day. The item was time sensitive and this store screwed us. Don't go here to get things notarized.

If you shipped camera equipment from this store (09/28/22) and it did not reach it's intended destination, it's because it was erroneously shipped to me. I have tried to reach the store, and no one will respond. I'm shipping equipment back to store. I hope whoever sent this equipment reads this and can return to store to get it shipped to proper address.

Have used this UPS store four times since moving to Denver and each time I have gone the computers weren’t working or they couldn’t accept a QR code that their company had agreed to accept. I will definitely be going elsewhere now.

If there was a 0-star option I would give it. There were 3 employees working there and neither of them knew what I was talking about when it came to a SIMPLE PRINT REQUEST. They continued to be EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME when I was completely calm and professional. They continued to find excuses to avoid actually doing their job. Then, the guy who is heavy set, tall, long brown hair did a BOTCHED job on cutting my signs, didn't even print the right size, and continued to charge me for a computer use fee. HOT MESS EXPRESS IN THIS BUILDING. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

What a happy and cheerful person. Walked in Louie greeted me. Took my package give me my receipt. Wished me a good day. What a wonderful experience. I hope the people in charge give Louie a pat on the back, Unless of course Louis is the owner and the store manager. At which point nice job!
