Evelyn is literally the best manager I have ever seen at a Rainbow Store. She was so caring and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure that I could relocate my store credit. It’s nice to feel that people care with the way the world is today. She really made my day!

Rude staff, fitting rooms still not open, basically the cashier said I'd have to buy the jeans I was looking for ( 5 pairs ) and would then have to take them home to try them on and return them if they're not the proper fit! I can't speak for others but I don't have that kind of time to travel that far! SERIOUSLY! Don't know about other locations, but that's just ridiculous, I left my items on the counter and told the cashier " I'll take my business elsewhere!" ( didn't even want to give this 1 star )

This was only the second time that we ever shopped in Rainbow stores the store was warm but that was okay however the racks of clothes are close together and it's hard to navigate through them a lot of items were on sale and we found a few things we liked the cashier was nice and helped us when we had a problem with a gift card
