This is something I would never thought of doing with this location. I've always had great service with a great understanding staff. They had always been there to take care of my needs and helped me figure out issues that would come up. I had a prescription that I have been on for many years that I have filled at this location every month. A new pharmacist by the name of Ashley decided that she wasn't going to fill my script because of past scripts. My script is due on Wednesday and she is claiming it's 17 days early not caring that I will be out. She then proceeded to criticize me to her co worker thinking the phone call had been disconnected. It's too bad such a wonderful place turned so horrible. I think my days with Walgreens are over. Bring back Matt and Colby and get worthless pharmacists out of there making you look bad. Fix your issues before you go further downhill.

Hot mess express. As others have said, it's gone downhill rapidly the past few months. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. The drive thru is usually closed, which was the only advantage they had over King Soopers. Also, King Soopers is cheaper.

Placed an RX for Insulin a week ago for my father they still have not filled it and he is unable to reach pharmacist, when he did reach one after a 20 min wait he was hung up on. Walgreens this is unacceptable!!!!

Staff shortages are understandable. Unfortunately, staff turnover in this pharmacy has been virtually everyone! Even when you are notified scripts are done, they are not. This is a staple in our community and sadly they are missing the mark in both pharmacy and photo.

Showed up 10 min prior to pharmacy closing. They wouldn’t fill our prescription for our son who was just diagnosed with strep. Said to try back tomorrow or try another store. Thanks!

The corner of slow and incompetent! I’ve been getting prescriptions filled by this location for years and it’s always been an enjoyable and fast experience. Recently the service and quality has dropped off a cliff. “Drive through pickup” has turned into park and catch up on a season of Game of Thrones. One minute a prescription will be ready for pickup in 20 minutes to and hour and the next thing you know 2 hours later when I’m there to pick it up I’m greeted by a nice sassy Woman telling me they “just got back from lunch” as if I’m just not understanding enough of the extreme difficulty to get back to work after a lunch brake. Considering the King Soopers across the street has significantly improved their pharmacy I’m starting to have less and less of a reason to keep frustrating myself at this location. It’s sad because I like supporting businesses I’ve known for years and have trusted but it might be time for a change

Honestly the pharmacy is not perfect, BUT Brandon in the pharmacy really went above and beyond for me. I was needing a medication that was backordered and after I called around to a few different CVS and King Sooper locations to see if they had it, I called this Walgreens back and got Brandon. He was the only one out of all of these places that seemed to care and took the time to track down a location in Broomfield that had it for me. He took the time to even call them and confirm before he transferred it over. In a world where customer service seems to be struggling, Brandon made me feel like an important customer and made a lasting impression.

Fantastic friendly staff and the pharmacy employees had my prescription filled 5 minutes after receiving it from the doctor’s office. This is now my favorite Walgreens!

The pharmacy staff has really gone downhill in the last few months, they are not as sharp as used to be. Not sure who left or who was hired that is responsible for the slide but something changed in early '22 that has negatively impacted their performance, delivering prescriptions on time.

Inconsiderate store with a manager that lies! Scheduled a COVID test arrived early and pull up to a sign that states THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED AND THEY ARE NOT DOING COVID TESTS. Lie #1. Sign claims they called. No one called me or even attempted to call me. His excuse was they are short staffed. They made the sign just didn't make the phone calls?? Lie #2. Called to speak to a store manager and he says to me, I'll transfer you to the pharmacy. Ummmmhhh no-one is in the pharmacy. You have a sign saying it's closed. You wasted who knows how many peoples time today and you don't care. Even worse many of us are sick or have loved ones who are sick! Terrible.
