Since Walgreens took over from Riteaid pharmacy service has definitely changed for the worse. Closed Saturday and Sunday, today, Friday, closed because no pharmacist. Really, Walgreens cannot afford more than one pharmacist? Reluctantly taking my business to Safeway.

I always fill out the questionnaire at the end of my receipt because I feel the need to really stress how great of an employee Audrey is. She knows our whole family’s names, and I see her welcoming others by name as well all the time! She brings a really positive attitude every single time I see her there and goes out of her way to help others and myself.

Went yesterday was having a bad day myself but still smiled at the tall blond guy with glasses checking people out at the cash register. He not only didn’t respond when I said hi how are you and smiled but didn’t even say a word when he rung me up and handed me my receipt still no word. Unnecessary rudeness and not a way to treat others on the job

I used Walgreen’s online photo printing and same-day pick up for a funeral. Their printing service was very fast AND the reason why I’m leaving this review is because the associate helping me gave me 25% off when she saw the prints and photos were for a funeral. Such kindness goes such a long way. Thank you!

the store itself is fine but the pharmacy really sucks. it’s closed all day saturday and sunday, and closes pretty early in the evening on weekdays, which is a pretty big deal for people who need a prescription filled ASAP. you can’t call them because a real person never answers the phone, it’s an automated message and when calling ahead to fill a prescription it never works :(

This store sucks! Pharmacy is always backed up and closed on weekends. Today on 3/25 they closed early due to "NCAR fire" no other store in the entire shopping complex was closed and this store is no where near the evacuation area. Just another lame excuse to close. Find another pharmacy and don't rely on them to be open. Avoid this place like COVID....

Bathrooms are always disgusting and it’s a health hazard. Please get professional cleaners with haz mat suits immediately! They are severely understaffed. I will have to drive far to another Walgreens, it really is such a shame!

I moved to another town. After using this Walgreens for many years I found there really aren’t any others like it. So we now travel a couple of times a month to use this pharmacy. I’ve never had a problem with anyone. Much like everyone else, my appreciation to Will is beyond words.

Will, the lead pharmacist/manager, is great and very helpful. Unfortunately, Casey gives the store a bad reputation, as others have said. My encounter with her was pretty awful. She is very rude and does not seem to have the sensitivity and social skills needed to be a competent pharmacy tech. I agree that calling in to see who is working before you go is good advice.
