I had a small windshield chip. The technician called me that he had arrived. I leave my patient to run down and open my car but he is not there. When he finally shows up to the right place he looks like he just rolled out of bed. I tell him I recently got my windshield replaced. I head back in to take care of my patients. About 20 minutes later I get a call and the technician says he broke my windshield and that they are going to call me to get it replaced. I see that they already scheduled the appointment for the replacement. I also see that it’s going to cost me about $1500 or $500 if I go through my insurance. I speak to a representative who transfers me to the manager Tara who was very rude and condescending! Not only did the technician break my window but now to get insulted and for the person to tell me that they are not responsible for the damages that they caused!! Guess it’s a great business plan if they don’t make their quota all they have to do is turn a few chip repairs into broken windshields! Service: Auto windshield repair ~Donna

By far one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Jeff the servers manager is top notch in one of a kind even all the way down to his green shoes. He greeted me as soon as I got there and was in and out in less than 30 minutes got the royal treatment from Boulder dodge and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of service on any car. Also one of the sales employees was giving out homemade cup cakes that there wife made and oh man can she bake. ~JUSTIN

Thank you Indian Peaks! I took my VW CC here for the first time after receiving an astronomical quote from another business in Boulder. The techs here at Indian Peaks found out that the majority of the services the previous place wanted to charge me half the value of my car for were unnecessary. I dropped the car off in the afternoon and they replaced the brakes and had it all ready for me by 9:30am the next morning, it was so fast and I was only without a vehicle for a short period of time. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Besides the oil change, I asked them to check for a possible radiator leak. They checked for this and other possible issues at no additional charge. Gym is not that crowded during M-F 5pm after work. Outside that time the gym is empty. They got 4 platforms and decent equipment nothing fancy and if sign up during a promotion it’s cheapest gym in town with adequate equipment that is not overcrowded what else can you ask for if you are tying to get a cheap membership. ~Matt

I didn't expect to be impressed by my shipping and printing errand, but here we are. I usually go to UPS or FedEx and they can be hit-or-miss so I had low expectations trying to knock this out 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The woman in the print & ship department was friendly, helpful, and efficient getting my Happy Return processed. She directed me to the self-print as the cheapest option and I inwardly groaned because navigating the computers at the aforementioned companies requires patience - to log in, figure out how to upload a document, pay, and print. I am glad to say that Staples by far has the quickest and easiest option of the 3! I can't speak to anything else in the store, but I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience in case it helps others. ~Sarah

This place is probably one the best experiences I’ve ever had. Dropped my car off for an oil change and new brakes. They called me and quoted me exactly how much everything would be and when I showed up to pick up my car it was ready to go and was exactly how much I was told it would be. After signing up for service, I thought the easiest option to get the equipment would be to pick it up at the store. The employees at the store seem to be oddly segmented in their responsibilities. When I checked in, I was told someone would be with me shortly. While I'm waiting, there seems to be a manager who isn't doing anything, and two greeter employees who also aren't occupied and doing anything. So 3 of 5 are basically twiddling their thumbs. Further, I leased an equipment package that was explicitly supposed to have a range extender. When I pickup the equipment, a range extender is not included. They tell me that the router detects is a range extender is needed, and I can get it later if it is needed.... I know I need a range extender, and explicitly bought the package that was supposed to come with a range extender!!! I don't want to come back a week from now, after the router had 'detected' that a range extender is needed. ~Jon
