I had a small windshield chip. The technician called me that he had arrived. I leave my patient to run down and open my car but he is not there. When he finally shows up to the right place he looks like he just rolled out of bed. I tell him I recently got my windshield replaced. I head back in to take care of my patients. About 20 minutes later I get a call and the technician says he broke my windshield and that they are going to call me to get it replaced. I see that they already scheduled the appointment for the replacement. I also see that it’s going to cost me about $1500 or $500 if I go through my insurance. I speak to a representative who transfers me to the manager Tara who was very rude and condescending! Not only did the technician break my window but now to get insulted and for the person to tell me that they are not responsible for the damages that they caused!! Guess it’s a great business plan if they don’t make their quota all they have to do is turn a few chip repairs into broken windshields! Service: Auto windshield repair ~Donna
