The people in the store are fine but the service they provide is jank. My internet has been in and out for an entire month making my job which is an at home job incredibly difficult. If I don't have reliable internet, I don't make income. It's quite simple really. And when I'm paying out the wazoo to have a stable and high internet connection then don't get one, it's a little more than frustrating. Quite simply have lost over $750 in income so far this month. With the way things are going, I'll probably lose $1000 before the end of the month. Where will that money come from? It's not like I haven't been trying to work, but my job entirely requires stable internet. Somethibg Xfininty, no matter the state, cannot provide. Store 6/10 Service provided 0/10

TYEKEEM, I LOVE YOU! I came into the store today on a Monday around 2:30 pm, already dreading having to explain my situation to someone and expecting it to not get fixed. Tyekeem immediately greeted me, listened to my problems, and suggested solutions. I WAS IN AND OUT OF THE STORE WITH A NEW ROUTER IN UNDER 25 MINUTES! This was the best customer service I have ever received at this location and I cannot thank him enough. He helped my bill go from $160/month down to $80/month. Truly amazing. Thank you again!

My phone's giving me a slight issue, and I'm really thinking about upgrading the phone but I go in there and some teenage kid that's working there, just tells me I got to call the manufacturer, when I'm thinking I want to upgrade my phone, just the way they talk to me just made me want to leave right away instead of telling them what I was really thinking. Very very low quality customer service

I destroyed my remote and went in to Xfinity the next day to get a new one. I expected a hassle and payment but I literally said “I broke my controller” and they gave me a new one no questions asked 2 seconds later. Friendly service and A+ job all around. (Edit: it also came with batteries!

After signing up for service, I thought the easiest option to get the equipment would be to pick it up at the store. The employees at the store seem to be oddly segmented in their responsibilities. When I checked in, I was told someone would be with me shortly. While I'm waiting, there seems to be a manager who isn't doing anything, and two greeter employees who also aren't occupied and doing anything. So 3 of 5 are basically twiddling their thumbs. Further, I leased an equipment package that was explicitly supposed to have a range extender. When I pickup the equipment, a range extender is not included. They tell me that the router detects is a range extender is needed, and I can get it later if it is needed.... I know I need a range extender, and explicitly bought the package that was supposed to come with a range extender!!! I don't want to come back a week from now, after the router had 'detected' that a range extender is needed.

The adage of being too good to be true is something to keep in mind when working with sales. Although I am happy with the internet service and cell phone coverage, at the end of the day, policy and probably profits are prioritized over customer service, which shouldn't really come as a surprise as this culture has existed for decades in this industry. I ended up with a phone in signing up for internet service that became hard to navigate in dealing with a serious injury my son received. The dire situation became even more dire with this phone. It was more a computer run amuck! In short, heed to the adage, if it is too good to be true, it probably is. Keep focused and clear about what you are needing. Avoid being persuaded off course.

Couldn't find a specific place to post about customer service over the phone, so it's going here. Started off by wasting hours on the phone with service reps who could barely speak english, being told different things and random/false information that was not even relevant to my situation; until... Rod picked up, answered everything I needed and got me checked out in 10 minutes. Breath of fresh air. Fast, polite and knowledgeable. The 5 stars are for him and his professional service. I even told him the rollercoaster that I'd been on trying to get proper customer service, and he was very surprised. Give him a raise, and require that every phone service rep meets his standards of professionalism!

HAVE PATIENCE WEIRDOS I'm giving five stars because customers were a-holes to people who showed up and tried to navigate their jobs with little staff and a surplus of activity. thank you for your help today and walking me through the things i needed! everyone was patient and wonderful and training at the same time today! great vibes from the staff. They deserve more than your attitude folks. ps, i was unaware i could reserve an appointment and that is part of why it took a while. do what's smart😁
