The first time I went in, the person at the desk was super condescending and argued about pricing and wouldn't honor an Xfinity deal from online. He was impatient and interrupted me when I expressed concerns or asked questions. I completed the order I wanted by myself on my phone in front of him. Total waste of time going in at all. Another time was to get the flex box added to my account and the remote was taken out and not replaced, and I didn't know that until I got home . Of course the phone number listed on the website isn't their direct line, just general Comcast CS, so I couldn't call the store directly to verify. Luckily Shay grabbed another one for me when I drove back. He's the only attentive helpful employee here.

Went in at about 10:45 am Aug. 31st, 2022. Solomon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and made my visit pleasant and speedy. Came in for X-FI pods and he informed me that with my plan I actually was able to get them at no extra cost.

I would leave a higher review as everything I went in for was taken care of. But, there was a customer in front of me, trying to figure out an issue that xfinity could not fix but was caused by them. Patient stayed calm but was noticeably upset. Your assistant manager on 8/26/2022 at about 5:20pm, younger guy, I did not catch a name, was trying to help the customer and wasn’t really making the customer happy, customer left upset and i will say, left the store abruptly and did push the door open angrily. But it was the staff that ruined the experience, especially the fact that it was an assistant manager (according to him). He started talking out loud about how he was going to ban the customer and his wife from the store, out loud. And how that’s what your actions get you. There were other customers in the store that could hear him, in line behind me. I almost considered cancelling my new service, after hearing how an assistant manager would talk about their customers that left unsatisfied with the service you’re supposed to provide. Not great etiquette coming from management after my first time in this location and just starting service in the neighborhood.

Ethan and his team on 8/12 helped me out great, had a issue with my phone from a update and was locked out and they helped me fix the issue every time I go in there they make me feel like they are my friends always talkative and very knowledgeable about product would recommend this store to anyone hope you all have a great day/night

Michael was extremely helpful and attentive to the needs of each individual on our family plan. He personally followed up later with me to ensure our switch to xfinity mobile was working and later helped me quickly when I had a problem. Amazing customer service!!!

Often, I dread going to the stores that service my cell phone, my internet, etc. Mainly because their knowledge is SO far ahead of mine when it comes to IT issues and more likely than not, I will leave the experience feeling defeated and rarely empowered to know how to address the issue I came in with should it arise again. But my experience the other day at the Littleton Xfinity Store (Southwest Plaza location) was exceptional, thanks to both Tyler and Micheal. Tyler was able to quickly and efficiently identify my issue with my cell service and direct me to Michael for assitance. This was thee best customer service face to face I have had in a very long time. MIchael's patience, guidance, explaination and education provided to me allowed me to leave their store with my issue resolved, but also to leave with the confidence I needed to adjust my service or fix a problem if it arises in the future. Thank you Michael for taking the right amount of time with me and making sure that I had everything I needed to make my upcoming experiences with my cell service successful!

Shay was so helpful, patient and friendly! I went in three separate times for different reasons, and he was awesome each time. When I saw him help others, he was friendly, upbeat and patient with them as well, regardless of how insanely busy the store was. Shay even remembered me each time I came in, which tells me he really cares about helping people! Thank you, Shay!!!

The staff at this store is paitent and kind, they go above and beyond to make you happy and resove your issues. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AS IT IS REALY BUSY LOCATION. I went to this store to switch my service over and find a new phone. I finally decided on a phone the Samsung A52 5G, and was told it would be put on order as they were currently not available but should be soon. I have called Xfinity several times to check the status of my order, I even drove around to six stores to see if they had it because you can't call the stores, which is ridiculous. The last call to customer service they said it absolutely would be sent out after February 28th. Lies. I just called Xfinity again and now they show no order for the phone. They do keep trying to bait and switch me to a more expensive phone that I do not want, I want what I ordered and was promised by customer sevice. I know the phones are available because Amazon will put one in my hand by tomorrow night, I won't get the deal on it I was promised by Xfinity but I will have it without someone trying to get me to pay $1200.00 dollars more for an inferior phone. Do Not trust what they tell you, you will only find frustration and disappointment. Update, I went back in and the staff was apologetic and tried to be helpful. It is not their fault that the Xfinity call center is a bunch of pat your head and send you on your way a**hats. I got my A52 from Amazon. Superior in every way I want to that hot mess of an S22. Who wouldn't want a phone that is capable of a terabyte of storage?
