Nick works his tail off. I gladly waited patiently as he handled multiple customers. I knew walking in that it was going to take some time. He was the only employee. He was attentive, and present. Anyone that has a problem with Nick should go wait in line elsewhere. I have a new phone and am beyond happy with his service.

Expect to spend hours in this store. Nick the manager is rude to the customers and cannot multi task. Watched 6 people walk in and out without service in the hour that I waited at the store for no reason. Go to a different Verizon location!

I purchased an Apple Watch 5 from this company a little over a year ago. During the 4 hour process of connecting the watch to my account the salesman attempted to sell me a third party insurance that he claimed was “better than the Verizon protection”. It sounded like a scam so I refused. At the same time I requested that he place the standard Verizon device protection on the watch. He told me no problem. At no point do I recall being asked to sign something that said I refused the Verizon protection. Today the screen shattered on my watch. I logged in to my account and found out that he never enrolled me in the Verizon protection. Now it will cost me $350 to have the device repaired by Apple. Be careful dealing with the guys at this shop, they are con artists. In response to the owner: I don’t think this was rare occurrence as they had a stack of pamphlets for the third party insurance. If he would have done as I asked I would have had no issues getting my watch repaired.

I lost my phone right before Christmas and they didn’t let me leave until I was taken care of- stayed past close time to make sure I had everything done. it was a nightmare and they guided me through the whole process while serving 6 other people throughout the process.
