Nick works his tail off. I gladly waited patiently as he handled multiple customers. I knew walking in that it was going to take some time. He was the only employee. He was attentive, and present. Anyone that has a problem with Nick should go wait in line elsewhere. I have a new phone and am beyond happy with his service. ~Paul
