Best burglar alarm store in Boulder, Colorado (CO) 2025

After signing up for service, I thought the easiest option to get the equipment would be to pick it up at the store. The employees at the store seem to be oddly segmented in their responsibilities. When I checked in, I was told someone would be with me shortly. While I'm waiting, there seems to be a manager who isn't doing anything, and two greeter employees who also aren't occupied and doing anything. So 3 of 5 are basically twiddling their thumbs. Further, I leased an equipment package that was explicitly supposed to have a range extender. When I pickup the equipment, a range extender is not included. They tell me that the router detects is a range extender is needed, and I can get it later if it is needed.... I know I need a range extender, and explicitly bought the package that was supposed to come with a range extender!!! I don't want to come back a week from now, after the router had 'detected' that a range extender is needed. ~Jon
