Absolutely great service. They diagnosed the problem and approached it with honesty. They replaced our leaking radiator and Thermostat that another shop failed to do correctly. I'm truly grateful for their good and quick work that had a fair price. Definitely the place to stop to get anything fixed or looked at in your RAM. We drive a 2014 RAM 2500 6.4L Hemi. We travel full time and they worked with us to get things done well.

Boulder Dodge did a transmission replacement for me a few years ago. I have over 130k miles on it and it’s still running strong. I feel this service dept can handle and do the big jobs well. I recently just had this transmission serviced for routine maintenance and had a positive experience. Jeff and his staff take good care of their customers. I would recommend over any other dealership just outside of the Boulder area.

Brought my 2015 1500 Ram in on Tuesday, May 31, approximately 2:00pm, for an oil change and airbag recall. The recall notice and the repair desk said it could take 3-5 hours to perform the work. I called the next morning for a status and was told it would be done by 10:00. I had another appointment at 10:30 for a tire rotation 5 blocks away. Prior to 10 I called again and this time told a time of 12:00. I was able to reschedule my rotations for 12:30, and arrived at Valley Dodge just prior to noon. I was told it would be a short wait. I ended up missing the 12:30 and a 1:15 appointment, didn't get out of there until after 1:30 and never got the rotation done. In addition, the driver seat belt does not retract, which it did prior to bringing in my vehicle. I'm leaving for Phoenix and will not have time to get either of these taken care of until my return. I called the repair desk, told them of the seat belt so they would have a record. Not the first time I've had issues with Valley Dodge.

Jeff, the service manager, was (and always is) amazing. He is understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. The service his team provides is always thorough, timely and done right the first time. I’d give Jeff (and Boulder Dodge overall) six stars ⭐️ if Google would let me!

Service writer was courteous when accepting my vehicle, he listened and recorded all of my concerns. None of my issues were resolved. I asked to have my brake system looked at as after driving 158000 miles , I know when my brakes are wrong.I was told there's nothing wrong with them. The techs identified other issues not related to main concern for vehicle repair and even erased a code for the SRS system I've had on my dash instead of investigating or even telling me what it was . This service department may be good at common repairs or replacement, but I will not be bringing my vehicle back for diagnosis again.

I went here because it was my local dealership and I thought by buying a vehicle off the lot I would get a good deal. I was overcharged on the lease interest rate vs what was promised to me. They put the interest rate as a dollar amount to confuse me. I asked to have a tow package added. They added a tow hitch and charged me more than what a real tow package cost. Then, when I went back to get oil change service, I was charged more than what I could pay per quart at an auto parts store. Plus labor. A dealership can buy at a lower cost. Why was I paying more than retail? I have only been back for a recall because I could not take the time to go to another dealership farther away. I do not recommend buying or servicing here.

By far one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Jeff the servers manager is top notch in one of a kind even all the way down to his green shoes. He greeted me as soon as I got there and was in and out in less than 30 minutes got the royal treatment from Boulder dodge and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of service on any car. Also one of the sales employees was giving out homemade cup cakes that there wife made and oh man can she bake.

I have owned many cars and with cars comes maintenance. Jeff and the folks at Boulder Dodge/Ram get it done. This is the best dealer service shop I have ever dealt with. From scheduling appointments, to no hassle solutions, they get it done. Thank you all for making this as easy as possible. Each time I have to go in, I feel like they know me and actually care about my family and my car. Chris

Called service number to set up an oil change. Clearly a call center and insisted they had to gather a great deal of information. Additionally, it was stated that I had to provide a credit card number to simply set up an oil change appointment. Called another Dodge dealer in the area and appointment set up in less than 3 minutes with no fuss and certainly no CC required.

Mediocre service department. My Pacifica had a couple problems that came up early and I wanted to get them fixed while it was still under warranty, so I brought it in twice to get them dealt with but they didn't fix any of them. Now it's out of warranty & I'm paying for their time. Brought it in last week, they kept it for 2 days and didn't fix any of the issues - sliding door intermittently fails, power train malfunction light is still on, door lock button still fails most of the time, and weird steering column friction sound all remain. Not sure what they're doing here, but it's hard to trust that the important fixes - like recalls - are getting dealt with correctly when these issues aren't.
